Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. I had called ahead and gave a time that I would be there. The vehicle was pulled up and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. They made the whole process effortless on our part.
Our sales associate was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time buying through a dealership and he made it very easy. The car was in very good condition and the miles were excellent. They wouldn???t lower the price any, or remove the anti-theft code fee, but I feel like we still got a great deal, and they were pleasant to work with. We were able to drive the car off the lot that night and it???s been a great car so far!
I honestly was not even looking for a car but one kept catching my eye every time I drove by the dealership. We finally stopped just to look and encountered Brian. I was on the defense because we didn???t want to deal with a pushy car salesman while we were not even looking to buy. Well Brian was amazing and really managed to turn my thoughts around about looking for a car. He was extremely helpful, honest, and felt like he had our best intentions. Walking in, I was unsure of what my outcome of my goal would be. I've been searching for a new upgrade for a few months prior to purchase to make sure I would have a good deal. When I met Jeremy and Jeff, they made us feel welcome. My parents like the way the car was described anlong with all the safety features. When the negotation began, we were very pleased in the professional way that Jeff spoke to us and showed us the information. We were very pleased with all they way they answered our concerns and our questions. Especially when Jeff said he would call and check in with me a few days after the purchase. Forever in eternity, I was pleased, amazed and felt confident with this purchase. I am still however, still in a sticker shock of mind that I rolled off the lot with the car having it all in my name! I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.

My positive experience was due to working with Nigel Erickson, the salesman. I spent weeks deciding, and trying cars. I purchased a car and decided to upgrade and he took the time to find me the car I wanted buried behind others cars, in a storm, at night and at a different location. He was always positive, helpful and professional . I got to know him a bit over time and found he has big heart. The dealership is quite lucky to have him. He has worked in a caring profession in the past, taking care of others, but now he is a salesman. The skills carried over because his big heart is obvious. I felt appreciated as a customer and a person. I wasn't treated as less because I am a female purchasing a car. I felt valued and it made me want to continue working with CARR in the future. I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service I received by Gary Valentic at Carr Nissan of Beaverton. Without a doubt, Gary has been the best sales person I have dealt with in many years. From my first call with him, he was professional regarding a truck I was interested in. He worked well with me to discuss all the different options and very quickly followed through with a truck that was in stock at the dealership immediately. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered beyond my expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiny, new Nissan Frontier Truck. I also want say to thank you to the Carr Nissan of Beaverton dealerships owners, managers and all the other staff that work to to get this me this great deal, so quickly and so easily. I am very happy.
