I was not expecting to leave with a 2019 but I did! I came in with an loan that was upside down the whole time. But Maria came and scooped from the lot in the front although I was hesitant, she was a breath of fresh air as a sales person. I came expecting a 2017 or 2018 and left with a fresh toy out of the box. Thank you Maria!

Love the comfort of this car, very roomy and drives great. Love taking it on long trips, very spacious, able to carry our 3 dogs and still have room for luggage. Love, love, love it!!
My experience with Autohaus was beyond my expectations. Speciallt my sales associate, Mr. Michael Perez, was very friendly and very helpful in many ways. Mr. Perez tring to explain every little thing every possible way so I don't have any problems later on.

We enjoy this SUV. Time to downsize with kids growing up. Tires are 1 yr old, runs great, just put on new battery. Kept very clean

Towing is a breeze with the Armada. My last SUV struggled when towing the boat with the Armada you almost forget it's back there. Lots of room for all your friends or family and their stuff. Great ride on the highway and around town. The only con is gas mileage but with all that room and power to tow whatever you want gas mileage is going to be wanting I suppose. The vehicle has been totally reliable with just routine service another big plus.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I am loving my new to me Armada. It is roomy and very comfortable. All of the features of the platinum model are a huge bonus.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Problem after Problem

I bought new 2015 armada in June 2015. Within the first 6 months, both of the front arm rests came loose and fell off. Took twice to be repaired. 2nd time, dealerships noted that arm rests were missing a part to keep them on. Within 6 months, rear lift gate stopped functioning. Dealer noted that the problem was a faulty battery that kept draining and didnt hold enough power to lift the lift gate. Those problems were covered under 36k mike warranty. Tires went bad at 40k miles. I noticed that the car had always pulled to the right. Tire shop noted that car was misaligned. Bought all new tires and had everything aligned. Car continues to pull to the right and now that I've researched, aramadaa are notorious for pulling to the right and continuously being misaligned. Currently, at 55k miles and a little under 3 years old, the heater has completely stopped working. Front and rear. Haven't made it to the dealership yet, but this is not covered, to my knowledge, past the 36k mile warranty. There is literally nothing I could have done to the heater in the car to make it completely quit working aside from using it. 55k miles, a fat car note and no heat. Disappointed and look to trade away from Nissan as soon as possible.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This is my 3rd Armada. I love the rugged body style and the expansive cabin. Yes, it is a rough ride with poor gas mileage, but it's a truck. I have a nice size family and friends who like to go places in groups, so a big SUV is what I need. I've taken a trip with 7 adults and no one was complaining about space.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

This car is such an comfortable ride! I wanted something something bigger for travel and this delivered!
This is my 3rd Car from this dealer. The only reason for coming to this dealer is Howard Krick. He knows exactly what a customer is looking for. And he always educate you about the available options. I met sales manager Tony at this dealer for the first time and he super patiently listened all my questions and concerns. And he was simply best at everything. I will definitely recommend Nissan buyers to stop by Nissan Gerald in Naperville at Ogden and see these two guys Howard and Tony and they will make your buying experience a celebration.
The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.
This is a great place to buy a car! took care of me a my Dad. Nick Campbell deserves a raise for selling us the car. Took his time and went over all our buying needs!
