My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

As a returning customer, I came in with my 2015 Odyssey and left extremely happy with a new 2018 CRV EX L. When I arrived, I was greeted right away by Kamal Bawa and he assisted me with multiple options. My lease was ending so I was looking for a new car. I looked at the 2018 Odyssey, the 2018 Pilot and the 2018 CRV. I had my wife and 3 young children with me and Kamal made the experience a pleasant one and he was even extremely nice to my family (kids loved the lolipops). Kamal was patient, informative, negotiable, and helpful in finding us a new car. He let me check if all 3 car seats fit in the car and even let me eat dinner before we finalized the paperwork. Raul, in finance, was also super nice and assisted in the process. Raul gave me sound advice and got thru the paperwork quickly. I worked with Raul with my previous purchases at Honda and he is always great in every way. Roomy, comfortable and smooth. We refer to it as the "remada". It's not a good suv for gas, but it'l tow anything you want, has room for tons, and takes the 87 octane gas.

The only reason we are selling is my wife wants a smaller vehicle. I bought it from my father in law, financial advisor, never let it stay dirty and always maintained it through dealership, and pampered it always. The ride is so smooth yet firm when it is needed. We're retired and love it's proven record of reliability. one simply can't strain this engine. It might begin to climb a hill in cruise control @ 2000 rpm / 75 mph and not even take a deep breath for miles. after 55000 miles we're comfortable dashing to the grocery, or meandering out of town through the valleys and hillsides for an all day ride. get a good gas card to save a little when you can(we like exxon), keep it clean in and out, and the armada always does his part .

I went in to the Boston Rd location after being called by one of their customer service reps, and as soon as I got there a salesman by the name of Daniel Mejia asked if I needed some help. Well, I did and he showed me and my girlfriend two cars and we test drove them, however I wasn't totally sure if I wanted a car or SUV, so after conferring with my girlfriend, we decided on an SUV. We signed papers, got plate & insurance and drove away the same day with no hassle. Other than it taken all day,because we test drove the vehicles-the staff, valets, salespeople were extra fun to be around and made my experience great. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Thankfully, Vroom gives me a 60-day temp tag so there is ample time to receive the plates. I went to Toyota Brunswick for service of my 2012 Camry and had a wonderful experience with them. I'm always crazy weary of car repair places, whether they're a dealer or another general mechanic workshop because they always try to make more out of you and upsell customers one more thing that they don't really need. It was quite different here. First of all, everyone was quick and efficient with assisting; as soon as you drive up, someone is waiting to greet you and direct you to your advisor. Juan Martinez was my "advisor" i.e, the person you see at the front; they are assigned to your case and will walk you through your repair/service process from start to finish. He treated me like I was his family!! He was very patient, honest and knowledgeable. I was told exactly what was wrong with my car and what it would require to fix it. Most of the issues were Toyota specific recalls and so, those were all fixed (parts and all) for FREE! I did change all 4 tires which was one of my initial reasons for coming in, and I got this deal...(buy 3 and get 4th for $1). If you download the app "toyota owners", there are deals and discounts there all the time, depending on the service you want Before my car went in for repairs, I test drove it with my assigned mechanic (Eli) so that I could actually point out the noise I was concerned about while we drove the car; then when it was fixed, I drove it around again for a bit with Juan and everything checked out perfectly. The price was great, I didn't get cornered into fixing an issue that wasn't there (which most mechanics do) and my car still runs very smoothly. That definitely helped me regain some of my trust in car repair shops/technicians Impressive service Juan, if you ever read this...thank you for your great dedication to your work!!!

Yohanseh LLoyd was an amazing salesman from start to finish. I came in interested in viewing a car that was not available on the lot. Yohanseh LLoyd found two cars that were similar and had me test drive both. At this point I told him I would be looking at other dealerships and I wished him a good evening. He called me several days later to inquire whether I had chosen another vehicle and encouraged me to come in again. I stated I was interested in a car at the Edison location and he actually drove it up for me to test drive. When I didn???t like it he smiled and asked me if I was interested in test driving the other cars from earlier in the week. Throughout this entire process he was professional, respectful and most importantly patient. I test drove a wonderful certified pre-owned car but it didn???t have leather so Wagner the finance specialist said we could certify the one I liked in black. Wagner found me financing within a month of repossession and worked with six banks until he got a ???Yes!??? We went to close and the vin stated the car was blue. I told Wagner I thought the car was black and was unsure if I wanted it. We went out to check and the car was midnight blue. After working for an hour to find me financing I stated I didn???t want the color and left. Wagner was extremely polite and said we could take a day to think about it. Both men were working with a woman who was struggling to find financing after a nightmare of a voluntary repossession. They didn???t have to be polite or professional but they were. I struggled at the closing with references and Wagner brainstormed with me to find the appropriate people to use as references. They were consummate professionals and found a girl financing with a 530 credit score. Go see my boys. They???ll make it happen!!!!

When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

We purchased the armada because it was the cheapest compared to other full size suvs. The first week of ownership we’ve had intermittent starting and AC issues. Furthermore The interior is very plane especially on the SV model plus the entertainment system is very outdated. Gas mileage is bad but that’s to be expected for such a large vehicle. On the positive side, it handles very well for it’s size and very easy to drive.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Cruise control keeps Failing. Been into West Edmonton 3x each time they say they cant find any thing wrong. Are they waiting for the warranty to expire. So when it expires they can say F U?

I love the Nissan Armada. Its the same thing as the infinity for less money. Powerful engine and super smooth ride. I think the armada will be my go to for years to come
