This truck is a great value. It’s price is far less expensive then other full size suvs in its class. It’s so spacious and comfortable! I gave mine to my 17 yr old, so I need to get a new one. Consumer report and JD power has it all wrong, this is a great truck!
All around great experience at Martin Nissan. Came in looking for a Rogue and asked for Dwayne given good reviews I???d seen - he didn???t disappoint. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as I weighed price and options. I thought what I really wanted was a bit out of reach, but he and Fred in Finance made it happen. Great environment overall, everyone making sure you are taken care of. Would definitely recommend them!

This SUV has room for 8 and can pull most anything. Plus it's very classy and stylish looking. I owned a newer Ford Explorer with tow package, which could tow up to 5,000 pounds but it always felt like it was struggling to do so. This vehicle can pull up to 8,500 pounds and backing up a trailer in sugar sand is even easy. I bought the base model, but am so happy because it has a lot of bells and whistles. I've always loved the Infiniti QX80, and this vehicle is like having that car but cost wise so much more affordable. I would say the only negative is the gas mileage, which in the scheme of it's size isn't all that bad.
Now that is how a customer should be treated! A+++

I cannot think of enough nice things to say about my experience. From the moment I parked on the lot to the time I left, I felt like royalty. Every single employee here was amazing and treated me with the upmost respect and like family.
Chris Noa by far is who everyone should work with. His manager Ben was on top of his game as well and read me right off the bat. Ben went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He set me up with Chris and then Chris took it from there.
The entire experience of buying a car can be stressful and difficult. These guys made it actually fun and in the end if I had not bought the vehicle, I still met some great people and had a great time. The good news was I did buy the vehicle and I truly believe it was because we just worked together understanding each other’s side from a business to consumer and made it painless.
The car was exactly as described, the employees were top notch, and the facility looked amazing.
However these employees can be recognized and rewarded for going above and beyond should be done.
For anyone looking even just to acquire some information and/or browse, don’t be afraid to talk to these guys. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of nor that I was bothering them. Don’t shy away from getting information to make a good decision on what’s right for you.
Again I can’t say enough. Chris and Ben are elite and deserve much kudos to making my evening a great one and a very happy customer.

Bought a Ford explorer about a month ago still haven't seen the title and now our temporary plate is expired . Vehical had obviously been smoked in, and they did not do a vary good job detailing it there where still crumbs in the seets . Radio has issues that where not disclosed and have various other issues with vehical that where not disclosed or addressed
We purchased the armada because it was the cheapest compared to other full size suvs. The first week of ownership we’ve had intermittent starting and AC issues. Furthermore The interior is very plane especially on the SV model plus the entertainment system is very outdated. Gas mileage is bad but that’s to be expected for such a large vehicle. On the positive side, it handles very well for it’s size and very easy to drive.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Cruise control keeps Failing. Been into West Edmonton 3x each time they say they cant find any thing wrong. Are they waiting for the warranty to expire. So when it expires they can say F U?
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. This car is an awesome vehicle. It’s fun to drive and ride in. It has lots of room and comfort. Even though it’s a V8, the fuel economy is great!! Overall awesome vehicle!!
Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.
They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them and the dealership.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I bought a ???17 Pathfinder and had a great time dealing with salesmen. The service department is always pleasant and very helpful. The dealership is always going the distance to satisfy their customers needs. There is so many pluses like oil changes, tires, and car washes.

Bought the 2017 Armada Platinum. It's loaded, has every ergonomic, luxury and safety feature imaginable. A far better car at $42k used/ 20k miles than a comparable Infinity QX80.
We will always buy from Jidd. We have now bought 2 vehicles from Jidd and we won't go anywhere else in the future. They are friendly, helpful, good prices - great experience! Go to Bashar - he helped put us in our first Benz last night!!!
