Used 2017 Nissan Armada for Sale in Greensboro, NC

We bought our first Honda Accord from Vann York in 2010. Michael Thomas was our salesman. We really liked this car...but, unfortunately, it was in an accident and a total loss. We did not get another car right away. We looked around at other dealers (new and used) and tested other makes and models for about 4 months. We finally returned back to Vann York and decided upon another Accord. Boy, are we glad we did. This 2017 Accord is AWESOME! The drive/ride is excellent and the basic model we bought is very sporty looking. We like the body style as compared to other 2017 sedans from different auto makers. Also, the comfort and new features are a big plus for my family. The best part is working again with Michael Thomas. This is the second car we have purchased from him and he is great. He is knowledgeable and straight forward. Dealing with him is not like your typical car salesman pitch and experience. He gives you time and space to think and accommodates the individual customer. Most importantly - he listens and has answers to all of our questions and concerns about purchasing a new car. We felt very little pressure to do anything other than what we felt was best for our family. We would give more than 5 stars if we could. Alan and Juli Parker

Apologies for the formatting, line breaks don't seem to work in the review.-------------- Pros: Price listed online was the actual price Salespeople willing to follow up on your requests for info No hassles taking the vehicle to a mechanic, encouraged to do so ---------- Cons: No adjustments in price on the vehicle Low value on trade (individual vehicle, could be different for others) ----------- I sent a request to Impex Auto sales requesting information about a specific vehicle, they were prompt in getting back with me, and checked in several times to let me know it was still on the lot (I had to drive a fair distance to look at it). While this could have come across as pushy Robert did a good job of making sure I had the info I needed before I left my home. ------------ The vehicle itself was as described. After taking it to a third party mechanic I was told that it was in generally good condition, but would need the front brakes changed soon and the spare/jack was missing. For anyone looking at a purchase I would recommend getting a mechanic to check your vehicle out, as Impex doesn't currently have a servicing dept. (this is a best practice regardless of the dealership) ------------ Impex agreed to replace the missing tire and carjack, but wouldn't adjust the price for the brakes, since it had passed the state inspection recently. Their offer for my trade was fairly low. The vehicle had issues but I had been offered substantially more by a carmax in my area within the last month. If you have any questions about the value of your trade I would recommend finding an alternate way to sell it (based on my experience) ------------ I completed the purchase ( I had my own financing so can't comment on their process) and got ready to go but the jack hadn't been placed in the vehicle. Once I called their attention to it this was resolved, but if I hadn't checked I would have driven off without it. ------------- Overall I'm happy with my experience. I got a decent price on the vehicle I went to the dealership to buy. While the experience wasn't perfect (anticipated repairs not adjusted on the price, low trade value, jack not placed in vehicle) I was pleased by the responsiveness of the staff to my requests, a pleasant overall experience, and would recommend this dealership to anyone who has done their due diligence on their purchase.

Great options on the platinum. Can’t beat the value of what you get, compared to the competition Lots of room and luxury, great off-road. Would buy again

This is an excellent vehicle. Only drawback is the trunk space while using the 3rd row. You might want to invest in a luggage box for the trailer hitch

We purchased a 2013 Lexus RX350. The owner worked with us . He gave us a more than fair price for our current trade in vehicle. I have since told anyone I know about Ivy Used Motorcars. The employees at this dealership work to build relationships with their customers. We are not just numbers or a means to an end. I will return when I need another vehicle. After purchasing several used and new cars at other dealerships in NC and SC, I have never said this about another dealership. Nor have I ever returned to any other.

Car is great. For the money, size, and power a great buy. Other suv's in this category do not compare. Great all around suv. Interior styling is far beyond what we expected.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Bought the 2017 Armada Platinum. It's loaded, has every ergonomic, luxury and safety feature imaginable. A far better car at $42k used/ 20k miles than a comparable Infinity QX80.

This truck is a great value. It’s price is far less expensive then other full size suvs in its class. It’s so spacious and comfortable! I gave mine to my 17 yr old, so I need to get a new one. Consumer report and JD power has it all wrong, this is a great truck!

Customer service was great. I recommend Jason Zachary. He was very knowledgable of the different inventory they had. He is definitely the guy I'm going to buy my car from.

We purchased the armada because it was the cheapest compared to other full size suvs. The first week of ownership we’ve had intermittent starting and AC issues. Furthermore The interior is very plane especially on the SV model plus the entertainment system is very outdated. Gas mileage is bad but that’s to be expected for such a large vehicle. On the positive side, it handles very well for it’s size and very easy to drive.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! My salesperson, Stephanie Maybe, was awesome and she helped my wife and me choose a vehicle that met our budget. The finance guy, Terrell Miller, was very helpful and friendly. He also helped us get an affordable extended warranty on the car. And the most impressive part of our experience was that we were able to finance a Brad new car with NO money down! The reason this was amazing was because my wife and I filed bankruptcy just 2 years ago. We also had a repo just last year and I was about certain we would not qualify for anything th wasn't used. The good people at Modern worked with us through all of this and we were done in under 3 hours, which is the quickest I have ever been able to purchase a new car. I will be buying my next vehicle here, and probably all vehicles for the rest of my life. Great place, and I cannot say enough good things about them.

We love our new Nissan Armada. The car we had before was just too small for our family and we needed something bigger to meet our needs. This car checks all of the boxes we were looking for, comfortable, lots of room, family friendly with the back seat entertainment and simply looks beautiful!

This car is stylish and functional! There is plenty of room for hauling my infant and toddler, as well as my 6' 7" husband! I love the third row in this SUV and the space that I have in the back when those seats are down. The digital technology in the vehicle is quite impressive, too!

They are friendly and professional and always give the extra effort to make sure we get exactly what we’re looking for in-service or repairs. I loved my 2010 Armada Platinum so much I upgraded to a newer 2018 Armada Platinum. Never even considered another SUV. The upgrades in the 2018 are far superior to my old Armada. Ride is awesome, very luxurious and plenty of room for the entire family! Extremely pleased and happy with my new purchase. Platinum edition is definitely worth the extra $.

I went to look at used 4WD vehicles I had seen online. I had also received a Pre-approval letter. Angela Dutton was my sales professional. It was late when I arrived and closing time but she worked with me and made it possible for me to consider a new 2018 model. The next morning she called and had found a 2018 Outlander sport equipped with 4WD. This is the first car I've owned that was brand new. I appreciate her efforts and love the car.

Outstanding features, performance so far compared to our Chevy Tahoe. The safety features are very nice and the ride comfort is smooth and heavy. Features like lane departure, backup warning and electric rear seats that can fold done with a flip of a switch are very nice!!

Great vehicle for our family. Comfortable, stylish, and has ample cargo space. Very happy with it overall. Only complaint is that gas mileage seems to be a little less than other comparable SUVs such as Ford Explorer or Toyota Sequoia and it does not come with blind side detection in the SV (lowest) trim.

This car met all of my family's needs. It is comfortable and reliable. I will definitely consider buying a second Armada when that time comes.
