I went there to look at a 370 Z. It was the first time I drove one, while I liked the look of the car I didn't like the driving experience and decided not to buy the car. Scott , the sales rep was excellent and I believe the car was priced right but it wasn't the right car for me. I would have no hesitation going back there to look at other cars.

I can only speak of my experience at Gordon Chevrolet at the Service Department. Coming from a family of mechanics and being a wife of a mechanic us women know how sceptical we are about dealerships fixing our vehicles and over pricing things or taking advantage of a woman. When I first came into Gordon Chevrolet for service on my Chevy Cruze I had that mind set. When I got to the counter I spoke with a service representative his name was Bradley Pouliot, Brad #1 for short (lol). He introduced himself and ask how could he help me. I told him my story about my car and what it was doing and also told him nothing was going to be done without consulting me in turn I would talk to the husband. He said that was perfectly fine and that is what he was going to recommend anyway. At that point I was a little shocked, not what I expected from a dealership. So they checked out my car and he came back to let me know the results. He told me that it was my dicision and if I felt like I need to get a second opinion that I was welcome to do so, the important thing was that I need to have a safe and dependable vehicle, and that only I could make the right choice. He have me other options let me know If I took those options what needed to be done along with a diagnostic to take with me. I called my husband and told him everything in which he confirmed was the truth so he was surprised the price was as low as it was. You seen my husband already checked the car before I went which he didn't tell me and if he had the free time could have done it himself. So I decided right then I would only bring my vehicles to Brad at Gordon Chevrolet. It was because he was a down to earth people person that showed he cared about the customer more than anything and understood if you didn't have a lot of money at the time explained what was the most important to fix first. He out himself in your shoes. That day my car couldn't be fixed I had to go to work and I was stressing out but Brad say me down and said I didn't have to worry because he had a rental ready and waiting for me to use until my car was fix. I said I can't afford it . He said don't worry you are still under warranty this is on us. I asked how much the rental would normally cost (this has been a whole ago) I think he said It was $25 or $35 a day. Which to me that was cheap if you were to go to a rental company I do believe they charge more. I have been a customer ever since because no matter how little the problem like a valve stem cap missing you tell him about it and he will make it right. I'm glad Gordon Chevrolet has people like Brad with family values and that is what makes a company real people that can listen and put themselves in your shoes. Thank you Brad and Gordon Chevrolet

Outstanding features, performance so far compared to our Chevy Tahoe. The safety features are very nice and the ride comfort is smooth and heavy. Features like lane departure, backup warning and electric rear seats that can fold done with a flip of a switch are very nice!!

Last month I started the truck shopping. I made contact with a dealer in South GA that my dad was buying from and dealer in Gainesville, FL where I live. I was looking for a 2018 Sierra 1500 SLT. Both of the dealers were within $500 for comparable trucks; however, the dealer in Gainesville informed me that the only way to buy from them was to finance through GM which I found odd. I knew there was an additional rebate for financing through GM, but was not happy about being forced to. I also wasn???t wanting to drive 4hrs to buy in GA if I could find a similar deal closer. That???s when I decided to send an online inquiry to several dealers within a couple hours of Gainesville. Coggin was one of them. The next morning I got a call from PJ. He was very nice and told me he thought he could find me what I was looking for and he did. I filled out an online credit app at 4:30 that afternoon. At 5 he asked if I wanted the truck that day. I informed him that I didn???t want to drive 1.5 hrs that night and it would be later that weekend before I could get it due to my work schedule. He said that he didn???t expect me to come get it and offered to have a salesman deliver it. At 9pm Walle the salesman delivered the truck to me. My wife and I filled out the paperwork at our dining room table and Walle took my trade back with him. I have since followed up with both PJ and Walle after the sale on a couple of things that they???ve both been more than willing to assist with. Ive bought many cars over the years both new and used, but these two guys and this dealership so far have been the best I???ve ever done business with! Thanks guys!!!

This car is stylish and functional! There is plenty of room for hauling my infant and toddler, as well as my 6' 7" husband! I love the third row in this SUV and the space that I have in the back when those seats are down. The digital technology in the vehicle is quite impressive, too!

Wolly went above and beyond to make our used car purchase perfect for our daughter. He provided excellent service and professionalism throughout the entire process.Kristen goes to college out of town so we were also on a time limit. If he couldnt find it there he would try to get it our go with across town need be to help he told us.As well as our daughter had just gotten in a very bad accident and totaled her Nissan a week before. So everything was still fresh and we were a little stressed. Kristen actually had her heart set on a SUV and not a sedan. After she test drove the Rogue with Wolly she was disappointed as she felt for her it wasn't the right vehicle as she had difficulty seeing out the side windows. As we were getting ready to move on and pursue elsewhere to look at other SUV's Wolly asked us to look at a Buick Verano that just came onto the lot the evening before. He felt it was something to consider after hearing our needs.It was immaculate and had every option you could think of. Miles, price and all were worth looking at. More bang for your buck for sure when compared to others. She test drove it 3 times in the same day. Loved it and he knew our concerns for safety as well as her desires along with our bottom line price. He encouraged her to look and to take her time to feel comfortable about her decision. As she did. At the end of the evening she test drove 5 other vehicles' on her list and still she loved the Verano Wolly showed her. He discussed everything and showed how it all worked on the vehicle before we left to so she could see , ask questions and be educated before she left to look elsewhere. Smart man! No one else did that for us the way he did nor came close. Wolly knew that car inside and out and how all the technology worked. Oh and not to mention he did on every car we inquired about and if he did not he sure found out quickly. Helped us set up her Onstar and XM. He was suppose to leave work at 6 or so and stayed till 9:30 and even got the car detailed for us as the shop was closing that evening even after we offered to bring it back. Great communicator, genuine guy, knows his business and worked well with all co-workers as we observed. My husband is going to be in the market for a truck. We will be going back to see Wolly. The rest of the staff and Gus were great to work with as well. Best experience by far we have ever had purchasing a car. Thanks again Wolly for doing a great job and working with us the way you did!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

When I woke up on Friday, I didn't anticipate purchasing a vehicle. My wife's car was in need of some serious repairs so we made the decision to replace rather than deal with that. Since we had out of town plans, we needed a car quickly. The guys at Autoline came through for us. I showed up at 7:15 PM on a Friday evening, met Chip Bates, and he showed me the couple of cars I wanted to see. I decided on a 2014 Ford Expedition and Chip did a great job expediting the process and getting me in and out about as quickly as possible so I could return home and pack to head out of town. If I had not selected Dylan Rukab as a salesperson the outcome would likely have been much different: I would have walked to visit two other Toyota dealers in Jacksonville in search of the same truck Dylan put me in, a 2017 Tacoma Sport 4x4 with 34k miles in near excellent condition. Dylan was expert in description and calmly familiár with what was available for inventory. There was no up sell, no feeling of being jerked around to view lesser equipment and best of all, no beating around the bush on the cost. I came away admiring his style and demeanor, we established a rapport rare in the touchy used car sales world. This I know from having two used car sales guys on my wife???s side of the family I wouldn???t buy a hotdog from, let alone a real nice truck like the one Dylan sold me. I got a fair deal, no complaints and frankly, if you the reader just want to have a positive experience buying your next whatever Dylan guy to ask for.

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

e sales manager, Will, and my salesperson, Mariah, were awesome! I live in Fort Lauderdale and was searching for a new, leftover 2016 Murano Platinum. After trying to deal with a few of the dealers in the Fort Lauderdale area, I became disgusted with their mistreatment of potential customers and rudeness. I then stumbled upon this dealership, which to my surprise, had two leftovers still in stock! I was connected with Mariah, who then connected me with her sales manager, Will. After days of negotiating back and forth via text and call, Will and I struck a deal (a very good one) on the vehicle. They were both extremely responsive throughout the whole process, and truly went above and beyond to earn my business! More than I can say for any of the other dealers I tried to deal with in South Florida. Not only were they both extremely responsive, but they even delivered the vehicle to me for free! And, to top it all off, they also took my trade-in, after giving me what I thought was a fair price sight unseen. I would recommend them again and again, and hope to use them when my wife buys a Rogue in a year!

By 2012, I still had made a second purchase to move my wife into an Infiniti & out of her Nissan as the previous 5 years convinced me to stay the course with Infiniti. The service department was really the clincher, mainly how I was treated as a valued customer and it really helps when you have a service adviser, such as Roger Sain who not only knows the products inside and out, keeps you well informed, forecasting you of upcoming requirements or maintenances, and keeps you informed of trending or known issues of certain year models, and how Infiniti targeted commonly failed parts in earlier year models and Infiniti was able to manufacture those high fail rate items for improved higher quality replacement components for older & current model vehicles and future production. I had many items that did fail on my 2005 FX-35, most all of which were covered under my extended warranty. This is very telling of a manufacturer where quality is a top priority. This information also weighed heavy on my decision to retire the 2005 FX-35 and purchase a CPO 2014 QX-70 3 weeks ago. Roger shares his insight and his knowledge always, he also kept me up on the lack of issues this newer model had because of the targeted quality improvement program of the failed items on prior models. As I mention in the title of this review, the Service department IS the key component for customer retention. If its not understood that way, it really needs to be understood that way. Your relationship with the Sales side of the house is short term, I on all 3 occasions of buying an Infiniti vehicle had a great experience in the purchase, however the game is different. Its not the sales guy that made me come back, he just put in a long term debt....hehe. It's true, a Sale rep wants your sale, your signature, and it puts food on their plate. That is just the nature of the beast and I understand that its their job. We all need a job so I get it, but Orange Park Infiniti sales guys really helped me out a lot on this recent purchase, so I am convinced they too are a new breed of sales personnel alive within the Orange Park Infiniti that Atlantic place does not have. But the reality of it is once you are past the sale, you are done. They did their job and now as the customer, hopefully happy like I was drive away. From this point on, what makes or breaks retention of a customer is how the long term relationship is handled from that day forward. That responsibility falls in the hands of the Service department. Roger Sain in my book get the 5 start CQA. Commitment, Quality, & Accountability, that all by itself earned my trust for the 9 years I have been with Infiniti. This is the biggest and only reason I remained an enthusiastic Infiniti owner. It is a great vehicle but the vehicle is only as great as the service department that takes care of you from final sale forward. Roger Sain leads an enviable example for others to follow as one of the best service advisors I have ever had the good fortune of running into. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and forthright. When I return for service or repairs, I don't feel like I am just a number, and I have 100% confidence the service or repairs will be done correctly or Roger won't accept it. He tends to develop and earn the respect & trust with his mechanic's in his professional way, and makes sure they understand his expectations, and they tend to deliver on it. I always feel that I am a valued customer but more so, its how I was treated from the Service department when I had to go, and Roger Sain get 98% of that credit. Well there were some times he was off when I needed something done, but that 2 % does not go against him, I add it to the score as I am 100% with Infiniti. Thank you all for everything well done.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.

I purchased a car in Aug 2018, there was a delay with the delivery. No big deal they called me and offered me an Uber being the next day I didn't have a ride there. I didn't like it and it was returned it with no issues. 3 weeks later i ordered another car. I love the ease of ordering online and the description of the car isn't too far off. I received my second car and it had a small dirt area on the back. I made a joke about it with the delivery driver and he made a call and they gave me a detail on them. Then as I was going through the settings of the vehicle I noticed one of the the items they listed as a perk wasn't actually in the car. I called carvana and they admitted to their mistake and accommodated me with what they were able to offer. I have never been to a dealer that will admit their mistake and then try to assist you to make things at ease for you. If i am in the market again I will definitely come here. I would recommend them. Their customer service is great and even the warranty/claims area. I took the car to the dealer to get it looked over and when they found an item they called Carvana and it was taken care of without an issue. This was a hassle free buy. Thank you Carvana I do not remember my delivery driver name but he was the best. Thank you Michelle Benitez for all the great help and customer service you gave me. Not once did I feel like I was getting attitude from her because I was complaining about a misprint. Thank you for taking my concerns serious. JJ (Texas)
