Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Found a vehicle that I was ready to buy but their no haggle pricing was too high. As an online only dealer without brick and mortar investment they should offer very attractive pricing. I managed to find a similarly equipped car for a much more attractive price. Their customer service was great so if you find a car that you like and you like the price I would not hesitate buying from them.
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
Used Cars.com to find a used car for our college age son, called the dealership and was test driving the car we saw on the website within an Hour. Michael Aldape was professional and really easy to work through the process. Highly recommend

I bought a Nissan Pathfinder here, me and my wife, with Jaqueline as our point person. She was very helpful throughout the entire process. From providing information on different models, trims, and available warranty, to offering to match the rates we got from the bank, she was excellent and professional from the first day. She answered questions promptly through texts, scheduled meetings around what worked for us, and made time to meet even when we had to reschedule a meeting and found her busy with another customer. While the amount of information that go into this can be overwhelming sometimes, she made sure to emphasize the important ones. It turned out to be an easy process at the end.

All the advisors and technicians are a cut above the rest. My go to advisors Leo and Isaac, paired with my technicians Michael and Andre are the perfect team. I cant enough nice things about them.
