My daughter recently bought a car from Don Marshall in Decembert 2012. She highly recommended that I check out this dealership before looking anywhere else. I was nervous to buy a new car but I have to say that Fred Owings worked well with me. I did not feel pressured to buy a new car. I appreciate him being patient with me through the process. I'm very pleased with the deal I received.
We bring our Rav4 to Machens for service and have never had any issues. The service department always does excellent work, with original Toyota parts I know we can trust. Terry Pruett is very pofessional, friendly and thorough. I heartily recommend these guys.
I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. Please, ask for Chris. You won't regret it.
I brought in my old(2001) Xterra for service and repair. They had the vehicle for a day and got everything done in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable price. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend this dealership.
I had the best experience with the service here then I have ever had with any other auto service. Nolan was the the best. He cared that I had no transportation and that it was a Holiday. His genuine concern has me coming back for all my service needs and I will purchase my next vehicle there. I had my truck towed to Madison because of how he treated me on the phone. They were so busy because of the holiday, but assured me he would do his best to get it looked at. He called me on an update of getting it in to service, and he did just that. Because of Nolan, they have my business. I bought the truck in Janesville but there is no comparison to Rosan Nissan
I would like to say that the experience of my car purchase from your dealership was a nice experience! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted and placed with an AWESOME sales person. His name was Darius Singleton. He took the time to go over EVERYTHING. He took the time to go over every car we had in mind, down to the color and features. Once we decided on a car (we???ll several cars), he made it his mission to make sure we looked at everyone in person. He told us all the features in comparison to the previous car viewed. He kept us within our budget while getting the car that we wanted. He made this experience a GREAT one! Thank you!!

Came here for a door handle replacement and was quoted 400 dollars at gunn nissan but came here and Dustin and the crew were able to do it for 150 dollars. The staff was friendly and prompt to get the issue resolved. I would definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone having issues with there nissan. I just bought my wonderful certified preowned Nissan Maxima from Nissan Universal City. I really enjoy my car and I want to say my "thank you" to my sale person Zury and to the sales manager Mike Saklawe. These guys were incredible! Without them this purchase would not be possible - the car was really a bit too pricy for me, but Make was able to arrange for a very comfortable payment. Zury was very helpful and professional as well, there was no high pressure, but Zury made me feel very welcome, she made sure that I would find a car that I really like, she was able to accommodate my schedule and provide for a very smooth and pleasant car purchase experience.
