This vehicle is appealing to the eye both inside and out, very comfortable, and has just about every option available. This vehicle very affordable when comparing to other larger SUV's. Great rebates were offered as well as competitive APR and various other incentives.
I love this place, just bought my second car here from Roy. The first car was a Nissan Leaf that I leased for two years to just try out and I liked it so much I came back for a second one. This time I bought a 2016 Leaf with double the range of the first one and got an even better deal buying than leasing. All this happened because of Roy. I feel he really cars about my needs and looks after me even before his sales. He asked me to wait 6 months before he finally had a great deal on the longer range 2016 Leafs. Thanks Roy and thank you Campbell Nelson.

The Armada is such a smooth and comfortable drive. Luxury styling, comfortable seats, spacious for our large family and dogs. The parking cameras are top notch. So easy to pull into parking spaces, park near the curb, and back out easily.
Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.
Nissan makes a great vehicle. Good buy.

Looked at many SUV’s. The Armada is a great deal for what you get. Very stylish design, third row seats lay just about all the way flat which is perfect for our two large dogs. Surprisingly the Armada drives like a mid side vehicle and also has plenty of passing power when needed.
I just purchased a vehicle from their used car center. It took three trips from Seattle, numerous texts, and some tough conversations, but I finally got a deal with which I felt comfortable. If you are looking for the traditional used car buying experience, come to Marysville Ford, but get ready to haggle!
Just bought it, but love it so far!

With 4 kids, we need a vehicle big enough for our family and a couple of the kids' friends, as it always seems like we have the need to transport 8 passengers. The Armada has met this requirement and we couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle. It drives and rides beautifully. There is plenty of room for passengers and cargo. We love it so far!
I was a little concerned about fuel economy before purchase. Two trips of 400 and 500km in mountain terrain and city driving going and coming home and the average fuel consumption was 10.4 per 100 km...same both times and driving slightly over speed limits. Brand new and could improve with break in and with synthetic oil.....the fuel surprise made it a total satisfaction....well instrument buttons could be less confusing starting out.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I bought a 2016 Nissan Leaf that looks feels new. I came to just get another lease, but the cost was not as good as the last Leaf I leased. Roy, who leased the first Leaf to me was so helpful steering me to a much better deal for my pocket book. Coincidently I traded my first Prius into Roy for my fist Leaf, now I traded my second Prius to Roy for my second Leaf. I would do it a third time, probably will. No pressure, just great deals. I have been trying to lease a new Leaf for 6 months, but Roy just kept telling me to wait because the time wasn't right. How often does that happen at a dealership. I hope his boss doesn't read that. I am truly grateful Campbell Nelson has Roy working for them. I really enjoyed my first Leaf, even with the 50 mile range, but now I have 120 mile range for half the price and it feels like the good old days with no range anxiety, and it cost half the price!!! Ill be back for the next one and skip the Prius in between this time.

I took my Leaf in for a recall, which was actually an update of the Carwings service, and the service department said they would do an inspection of my vehicle also. I totally expected that some things would be found to "repair" as my experience had been at other dealerships in the past. Blake reviewed the inspection report after everything was completed and showed me that every item on the list checked out as "excellent". I was shocked! Thank you Bellevue Nissan

Everyone was helpful and friendly. First they did an inspection of the damage, to make sure they ordered the correct parts. The parts were ordered, and I received a call when they came in. When I dropped my car off the gave me a loner car, and the next morning recieved a text that my car was ready. Overall it was a good experience.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
