I have been taking my Hondas (wife and I both have one) to Muller Honda of Gurnee since it was Rosen Honda back in the late 1990's. They always provide great service. Even when I would bring in my wifes old 1995 Civic with 250k miles, they always treated me well and I never felt looked down upon because " It's that guy again with the really old car". They were always very professional in evaluating my newer Honda or my wifes really old one and offering practical repairs. Meaning, I didn't experience a bunch of up-selling to fix problems with my 1995 civic that did have a few leaks and such but would not be worth dumping a ton of money into such an old car. My wife has a new 2018 Civic now and I am expecting the same great service I had in the past.
I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

The SUV I wanted and the SUV that stands out amongst some of the best. The best almost 60K I've ever spent, It's unbelievable how it out performs the Suburban and Tahoe but cost much less.
With 4 kids, we need a vehicle big enough for our family and a couple of the kids' friends, as it always seems like we have the need to transport 8 passengers. The Armada has met this requirement and we couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle. It drives and rides beautifully. There is plenty of room for passengers and cargo. We love it so far!
I went into the dealership looking for a used car, but the innovative team at Woodfield Nissan came up with some very great options for a new car. My sales consultant Michal was amazing, even during the moments that I was not fully committed to buying a car. He kept me informed throughout the process, and created a pressure-free zone for me to make my decisions. Overall, everyone was great. So much so, that I have already referred 2 people to go there. Great job guys....

It is hands down the best car I’ve ever owned! I’m in love with it. Super comfortable and the gas mileage isn’t bad at all, for such a big car. I’m very happy with my purchase!
The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.
Went from an Expedition to Armada- Big Mistake!

Overall it’s a decent car but not for the $60k I paid for it. There were several features I was told were one way and not true. ’Removable functional console’ and ’back seat lay 100% flat’ I looked into getting out of this car and 4 months later with 6k miles, CarMaxwluld only give me $44k. Value doesn’t hold up well!
Mark Wenc and his team gave me the best experience I ever had at a dealership! They were friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. I left feeling very satisfied with my purchase. I cant recommend this place highly enough! I will be coming back with friends and family.
Wound up not buying here but still might trade car in; really liked this place. Worked with Dan A. who was friendly and professional. A very nice change of pace after two terrible experiences at Woodfield Nissan. Cars are priced reasonably since you can't negotiate.
All staff seemed professional and nice. I enjoyed being able to sit in and examine everyone of their cars on the lot by myself.
Very clean facilities
Even tho I did not buy a car I like Carmax. The facilty was nice, the salesperson was very nice, and they were very helpful in showing me the car I was interested in and explaining it to me. I know other people who have bought cars there and they also like the carmax experience.
This vehicle met every one of our family needs; room, comfort, style and features. We shopped plenty of different vehicles but none offered exactly what we needed, except for this 2018 Aramada! Great purchase!

Looked at many SUV’s. The Armada is a great deal for what you get. Very stylish design, third row seats lay just about all the way flat which is perfect for our two large dogs. Surprisingly the Armada drives like a mid side vehicle and also has plenty of passing power when needed.
The salesman Sam, worked closely with the manager Jonathan and Chris in financing to get me the best deal possible. I appreciate that he was straight forward. All three guys stayed way after closing time to get my deal closed and I am satisfied with it.

This is the second Armada I've own and I love them. I recommend this type if vehicle to anyone with a family and kids into sports
We were in the market for the just released Nissan Leaf 2019. We aren't frequent buyers and are specific about what we want. Xochilt ("Sochi") worked with us over a few weeks to get us exactly what we wanted. She's was very polite and accomodating (especially with our 6 and 8 year old boys) through the whole process.
We've also had service done here on our older Versa and it's among the most organized and customer service oriented service stations I've ever used.
Definitely recommend this dealer and Xochilt.
SImply feels good to drive.

I was a little concerned about fuel economy before purchase. Two trips of 400 and 500km in mountain terrain and city driving going and coming home and the average fuel consumption was 10.4 per 100 km...same both times and driving slightly over speed limits. Brand new and could improve with break in and with synthetic oil.....the fuel surprise made it a total satisfaction....well instrument buttons could be less confusing starting out.
I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. Took a little long to buy the vehicle. Jim was very nice and funny. Trevor was respectful and very polite. They made the process very easy for me and my wife. Thinking about going back for a vehicle for my niece. Ask for Trevor or Jim Wheeler(there are two jim's there).
Tried to get info on a car online. I never heard back from them from making an inquiry online. Ended up calling after a few days to get my question answered.
