AutoNation claims not to negotiate, they will a little bit. Their original quote sheet that they came up with was a no non-sense quote sheet, nothing hidden and showed all fees necessary to complete the lease which I really appreciated. It was still just a bit too expensive so I countered with exactly what I was willing to pay and after a little bit of non-confrontational back and forth, we agreed on the price of a lease for a Nissan Rogue. They helped me figure out how to get every possible discount on this car (college grad, how to use my Nissan One to One Rewards) and that got the price down to even less that I was willing to pay. They answered all questions from the finance, returning my current lease early and were very respectful.
I was interested in the Rogue and Rogue Sport and the salesman was able to figure out that the Rogue would meet my needs perfectly and he hustled to get the car from the lot so we didn't have to wait all day, he didn't try to up sell me on a trim level that I couldn't afford which I really appreciated.
The only negatives were that the showroom was not the nicest but when they are able to speed up the process, I don't care about not having recliners and refreshments. We spent most of the time there figuring out how to get Apple Car play work and figuring out how to get all of my documentation for Nissan's One to One Discount and College Discount to be applied properly.
I have not purchased a vehicle in 18 years and dreaded going to a dealership. My fears were soon set aside as I spoke with Bud Thomas, Sales Specialist at Bill Luke Tempe. Mr. Thomas's sales style is what I had hoped for in a salesperson...no pressure, truthful, and down to earth. He spent as much time as I needed to make my decision on the vehicle I was interested in. At no time did he display a desire to go do something else. Since I live 130 miles from the dealership, Mr Thomas delivered my vehicle to me. I have never had a transaction go as smooth as what I experienced with Bill Luke Tempe. If you are in the market for a new or used car, definitely seek out Bud Thomas. You wont be sorry!!!!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars. Anyone that has ever purchased a vehicle from a dealership knows the nightmare it can be. The long grueling hours, the back and forth negotiations not to mention hit after hit on your credit. I've been there many times in my life and hated every minute. But that was NOT the case here. This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience ever!!!! I never even had to go to the dealership. We managed the whole deal over the website and phone, during my lunch break. I told them the terms I was hoping to get (not really expecting to get them), and within less then an hour it was done! Then as if that wasn't already awesome, they brought the car and the paperwork to me and within 20 minutes, BAM, DONE! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these guys! Major kudos to Tyler, he rocks!
Every time i go to ABC Nissan i am greeted with a common courtesy and respect with absolutely no pressure to buy. The atmosphere is very much "a family" vibe. The hospitality is off the charts amazing and the follow up calls to check on me and how the car is performing or if i need anything are great as well. It is good to know that ABC Nissan is there when and if i need them. Tremendous service!!!

I shopped around the various Phoenix area dealerships for the best deal on a new Rogue with specifics options already selected - ABC Nissan had a competitive quote but not 100% the best right off the bat - The reason I went went with them though is that not only were they the dealership closest to my home, they were honest and upfront - they pretty quickly said they'd be happy to beat any legitimate quote but weren't going to dink around with a million emails back and forth. No high pressure, no bait and switch. So I made an appointment, went in, showed my best quotes to the salesman and the general manager - and they beat the best deal by $100 while giving me a car with even more options than the other guy. Appreciated the whole process, signed the paperwork, got through the session with the finance guy (minimally pushy, took 30 minutes, declined all addons) and drove out as soon as the car was detailed. Whole thing was as smooth as butter, couldn't have asked for anything better. Comes with the first oil change free and continues to have free oil changes for a while if you do your maintenance there, which was a decent enough perk.
I have been going to Nissan since two years ago and Eddie Valdez has been my service rep and has helped me a lot on making sure my Versa gets the oil changed, tires rotated and gets the proper attention my Versa needs. He explains to me the process, what the car needs and shows me the lobby where to get coffee and donuts. This last time he fixed my Versa on a RECALL, but I got attention by a sales person and turned in my VERSA for a Sentra. I went to Eddie and told him what I did and he said I did the right choice by upgrading to a better transportation and informed me on what warranty to get for my new car! I will continue to go to Eddie and drive 2 hrs to get there!! GOOD JOB EDDIE!
William took complete care of me throughout the entire service experience. He explained the process, reviewed items that needed attention, and provided me with a detailed report that I could refer to at a later time. Also, he made sure that timely transportation was arranged for me to get to and from work. The level of care was exceptional- Thank you!
It took a bit but worked out a great deal with them. Also, I had an Instant Cash Buyout from KBB which made trading in my old car super easy. The only down side was it took FOREVER to get to the finance team. I understand it was busy, but if you're going to have a sale...staff for the sale in all areas! Overall though I was pleased. Juan my salesman was excellent!
