Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Had to replace leaking transmission fluid line on 2017 Titan. Did not have part in stock so they gave me a loaner truck to drive until part came in. My truck was washed and clean when I picked it up. Good customer service.

And Tim Whitehead always keeps me laughing and makes sure that I’m being well taken care of every time I visit. It’s one dealership I actually look forward to going to because of great service! My sales guy Kelvaleski Davis is awesome! He greeted me at my appointed time and made my car buying experience a dream come true. He never made me feel pressured but made me feel comfortable that I was in good hands choosing what was best for me. Went in on a Sunday with only a hope of getting into the Durango I was interested in. Ended up getting way more than I expected on my trade and a great rate. The process only took a few hours and everyone I interacted with had great customer service. I didn't feel rushed and they got me into a 2018 car with around the same payment I had for a 2015.
