Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Stumbled upon this Nissan dealer after a few failed attempts with other dealers. Was greeted with positivity, smiles, and the attention and support that I needed. One of the sales people, Ed, worked tirelessly for hours showing me different cars and finally found me a car that best suited my needs: low mileage, the color I wanted, and the style I requested, while being extremely generous with my trade in. Couldn't have asked for a better salesperson and dealer. Will definitely be recommending this to all I know and returning for more cars!
When I started my search for a new vehicle on line, Alexis was very helpful in getting me the information I needed to make an informed decision. I asked her not to overwhelm me with phone calls, text messages, etc. and she didn't. She simply provided the information I needed and told me when I was ready to contact her. Once I arrived at Global I worked with Riley who had a good energy about him and was very accommodating in showing me a few vehicles that I was interested in. We did a test drive, worked out pricing and I left there with my new 2019 Chevy Equinox. Overall a great experience. I have bought vehicles from Global before and will continue to go back in the future.

Im sure everyone has bought a car and expects to get screwed or some kind of games to be played. I know I have been through my share. But my friend told me about Lynne's Nissan But now its Nissan Of Stanhope. Said to stop there and ask for Jose Gonzalez or Gary and they should help me out. So I did and I am pleased I reached out, Gary listened to everything I said and made sure I got what I wanted. He didnt rush me, pressure me, or anything like that just a quick and easy process to find the car I wanted and no last minute changes. He stayed with me the entire time and made sure I was happy. Thanks guys ill be recommending you to all my friends and family. Talk to you in three years!!
The sales department was absolutely amazing. They were very helpful and I felt no pressure to buy. That being said the service was so exceptional that I did buy my car from them and the financial guys were just as competent and attentive. My experience with the service department has been unmatched. The service department head Jamie and my service representative Anthony treat every customer like they are their most important customer. They both kept me very well informed and have gone out of their way to put me at ease. As a mother of two young children, their ability to keep me updated and get me in and out as quickly as possible has been amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for cars or service.
I contacted Nissan of Stanhope regarding a vehicle they had listed on Cars.com. Michelle from the dealership emailed me right away regarding my inquiry. I explain my buying situation and told her that it would be a week before I would be able to dive the 2 hours to the dealership to see the vehicle. Two days before my scheduled test drive, I checked my Cars.com saved listings and the vehicle at Nissan of Stanhope was unlisted. I emailed Michelle and she informed me the next day after doing some research, that in fact the vehicle had already been sold. So, unfortunately I never made it to Nissan of Stanhope to purchase a vehicle. Michelle was very pleasant to work with. I was disappointed that I didn't have the opportunity to visit the dealership.
Went in to look at used Jetta Sportswagen. Felt salesperson was a little over-eager,
and was somewhat turned off by his disparaging remarks about other dealers.
Was contacted again by dealership on another car, but when I quickly responded, I was told that the 2nd car was already sold.
