I had leased my last Nissan Rogue here and decided to speak with Steve about getting a new one now that my lease has ended. I cannot thank him enough for his professional approach to every aspect of the deal. I had shopped around the week before I came because i knew I had wanted to get my car from Baron again. I asked Steve to please give me his best price up front and to avoid the haggling. He immediately gave me the bottom line number (which truly was better than anyone else had mentioned). No games were played and the professionalism that was exhibited through the whole process made it such a pleasant experience. I normally do not write reviews, but this instance certainly merits the praise. I highly recommend Steve and baron Nissan! Thank you!

Just picked up my new 2018 Rouge. My Salesman Mr. Christian Guerrero was exceptional. He knew had to listen and never made me feel rushed. Christian brought over his sales manager who also spent as much time as needed until I was happy with final pricing. The communication was excellent until I had my car. No tricks - received exactly what I was told. I will go back to see Christian next year for my second car. Do not pass up this dealership and Christian Guerrero.

First up jeff was great , he had great interactive skills,personality great,he was on point he knew his stuff informitive.for my husband and i we could not have come at a better time,we came 915am on a thrusday,the process he made it smooth sailing.we came in with an old car n left out with a great economical car that fit our profile.jeff was not pushy he gave us room to breath thru this. We got a preowned car for low miledge.at an economical price.we are happy with it.steve the finance manager was great as well he made everything work in every way to finalize everything.we will recomend this dealer and the salesman jeff with finance manager steve to anyone.sometimes you just have to recieve your own experience. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
NICE People. All questions answered. NO pressure. Hassle free test drive. Polite and professional. LOVE the car, NO problems. Had car fax. Definitely will use them again for my next car.
