nearly 200 miles to deliver the car to me, as I do not live in Portland.

Unless, apparently, you go to the right dealer! We found Dick Hannah Nissan to be courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Danny listened to us and found us the right vehicle for our needs. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation!
I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
Just got a new 2018 Pearl White Crosstrek from CARR Subaru in Beaverton Oregon. Those guys were great to work with. Thank you Sam Fontanos for helping me pick out a great car. My positive experience was due to working with Nigel Erickson, the salesman. I spent weeks deciding, and trying cars. I purchased a car and decided to upgrade and he took the time to find me the car I wanted buried behind others cars, in a storm, at night and at a different location. He was always positive, helpful and professional . I got to know him a bit over time and found he has big heart. The dealership is quite lucky to have him. He has worked in a caring profession in the past, taking care of others, but now he is a salesman. The skills carried over because his big heart is obvious. I felt appreciated as a customer and a person. I wasn't treated as less because I am a female purchasing a car. I felt valued and it made me want to continue working with CARR in the future. I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service I received by Gary Valentic at Carr Nissan of Beaverton. Without a doubt, Gary has been the best sales person I have dealt with in many years. From my first call with him, he was professional regarding a truck I was interested in. He worked well with me to discuss all the different options and very quickly followed through with a truck that was in stock at the dealership immediately. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered beyond my expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiny, new Nissan Frontier Truck. I also want say to thank you to the Carr Nissan of Beaverton dealerships owners, managers and all the other staff that work to to get this me this great deal, so quickly and so easily. I am very happy.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
We worked with Gary Valentic who was FANTASTIC. We came into the dealership having done our research, knowing what we wanted, and Gary did not push or pressure us at all into anything we weren't interested in. No high pressure sales like what we were used to at other dealerships. Everyone was patient and understanding with our 18 month old daughter who we were trying to keep entertained while working on the paperwork. We have had many very negative experiences with other car dealerships, especially with salespeople being disrespectful, pushy, and manipulative. Gary and Travis at Carr Nissan were the exact opposite! Both my husband and I were treated with respect and we were never worried about being taken advantage of. Everything was very straightforward and clear. Thank you Gary, we will be recommending you to anyone looking for a car!
This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I was able to get into exactly what I wanted. The salesman was very knowledgeable on their inventory and their process. I felt like I knew everything I needed to know walking out. They were open to all my questions and more then willing to work with me! Awesome experience!!
I would just like to commend Briana and the whole staff at Carr Nissan. I test drove a car there earlier today. A few hours later I noticed that I could not find my wallet. I called up the dealership to see if by chance they found it. Briana took the time to go through each of the vehicles we test drove and found it in one the cars. She went above and beyond a "typical" salesperson in helping me. Even though I have not yet purchased a car from them, this act of honesty and integrity will definitely sway my thought process. Thank you again.
