$100 FOR A DIAGNOSTICS FEE WHEN I HAVE THE SERVICE PACKAGE. MY AIR CONDITIONING QUIT WORKING AND I WAS TOLD IF THEY CANT FIND ANYTHING I WOULDNT HAVE TO PAY THE DIAGNOSTICS FEE. GUESS WHAT???? THEY DIDNT FIND ANYTHING AND I STILL HAD TO PAY. THE WARRANTY THEY TELL YOU COVERS FRONT TO BACK BS...I DONT FEEL THE CUSTOMER SERVCIES I WAS GIVEN WAS EXCEPTIONAL, WORLD GLASS, GOOD, GREAT, NOPE IT WAS OKAY....IF THAT. LEFT THERE WITH A BATTERY THINKING MAYBE THE DIAGNOSTICS FEE WILL GO TOWARDS THE LABOR SINCE SOMEHOW THEY FOUND OUT WHILE TESTING THE AIR CONDITIONING OR LOOKING AT BACK DOOR THAT I NEEDED A BATTERY. NOPE NO DISCOUNT THERE. STILL $99 DOLLARS. IM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.
On Friday 30th Nov 18 purchased a 2018 Nissan Sentra Certified Preowned vehicle. My wife and I saw this vehicle on line called the dealership to find out if this vehicle was still available they told us yes they said to ask for the Manager John Diggs. when we got to the dealership John was very busy with two or three people in his office, A sales person politely approached us and asked if there is any thing he can helped us with we told him we were here to see this vehicle my wife and I test drive vehicle and decided we were going to purchase this vehicle the same evening, Apparently salesman told John that we were there to see him so he came and apologize to us. Everyone was very helpful during the purchasing process. Even Buddy Melvin vehicle only had one key at time of purchase John Diggs went over to servicing and take the paper work and Buddy took care of it.
First time bro going my car into service. I worked with Joe and he did a great job. I just came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Joe made sure everything was done in a timely manner and if had them wash and vacuum my car. Really enjoyed my visit! Thank you Joe!
Clinton did a great job of walking me through the process and features of this new car. This was my first time getting a brand new car and he did a great job and explaining all the details to me. Great service and would highly recommend!

Purchase was very good. Had to add some things that were not on the truck. We were able to get things right Still have to take it back for the extra additions. The titan is a great truck this is the first one this size had a 2015 frontier
On my visit today for a routine oil change I met a wonderful sales consultant today by the name of L.A. Warren! As I was waiting for my car to be serviced, he was the most helpful with educated me on the process of buying a new car , and not once did he ask if I wanted to do a trade-in! Which was great because I’m not ready to purchase at this time; however I may consider after speaking with Mr Warren! I mostly appreciate his knowledge of the cars, body styles, and process of buying and owning a new car! I thank him for his excellent customer service he exceeded my expectations, and I hope to do business with him in the near future! Thank you L. A. Warren!

I was amazed with the courtesy provided this dealership. I was expecting to get a ride home until they completed the repairs on my car. Kathy asked me if I wanted a loaner car? I responded how much per day is it. She replied it’s free! I nearly spit my coffee out when I heard this. I said thank you to her.
The problem with my car the check engine light comes on. I went to Autozone and the ran a test that revealed P0101. ITunes U videos showed this being an Mass Airfow Sensor as the cause of the problem. I had 29,300 miles on the car, thinking that it would cost me an arm and leg if I took the car to the dealership. I bought some MAS cleaner from autozone thinking I could fix this on my own. To make a long story short. I went ahead a took the car from the dealership. This was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and Kathy said they would start the repair on Friday due to the holiday. On Friday around noon I received a call from Kathy and she told me I could pick the car up anytime before 7 PM.
At end of the conversation I had ask how was it going to cost me? I held my breath! All repairs were free! Yes Free!
I went to pickup my car and and came home a happy man.
Today is sad that more businesses doesn’t that type of service! I appreciate Nissan dealership in Lewisville their staff for making my day just a little bit better. If the scale was 100 I would them 100 stars for the courtesy, professionalism and desire to give quality service to the people who bought cars from them.
Kathy should a get raise for her excellent customer service and her professionalism. Rating. 100 stars!
I had to get an oil change. John noticed my car was dirty. Provided oil change and car wash. Was done in under an hour. Keep up the great work.
