I thought I had a flat because my car was driving rough and it was all over the place. Anthony Nicholas was very helpful going over all the items needed on the car. The pressure was low in all the tires and it was out of alignment - which wore down the inner and outer parts of my two front tires. I decided to get all new tires because I've always had problems with these tires. Anthony was very helpful in giving me my choices. I also had several coupons and he went over with me which one would save me the most money. He went over that it covered 'services' and went over what is considered a 'service' - he also figured out the dollar amount that it would save me. I really appreciated the time and patience he had to go over everything with me. I also had my car cleaned. It was nice having a clean car when I picked it up. The courtesy van driver - Jimski was also very interesting. Everyone in the van enjoyed the conversations with him and the topics had a wide range. I personally enjoyed his stories about traveling. It felt great getting into a nice clean car that drove smoother than it had in years. The entire experience was excellent.
I only come to the Lokey Nissan Service Department for my car work and any concerns I have about my car. The recent visit was about steering issues during high speeds. They rotated the tires and added air for a smoother ride. They were all Pros during my visit and will continue using Lokey Nissan to take care of my Altima!
Kevin & Chuck at Lokey Nissan were great in getting me in and out of the door with exceptional service on my 14??? Nissan Pathfinder. Was able to get some work done while waiting for my car to get serviced in the waiting room area. Can???t beat that service. Those guys really know how to take care of their clients. I am a young girl who came from Ohio to Start a new life. When I moved down, I was 18 and needed a car that I could afford and would take me back and forth to school and work. My parents insisted that I find a car before they leave to go back to Ohio. I had bought a used car from a well known dealership and my experience was awful. Although the people seemed kind, I was cheated for my money. I was overcharged for the very unreliable car that I had received. I told Terry about both my experience and my current situations. He was very understanding and helped me swap my vehicle out to a more reliable one that best suited me not only financially, but also made sure it was a vehicle that I (not liked) loved! He and his team got together and each one made sure I was well taken care of. As if that wasn???t more than enough, towards the very end of the whole ordeal I had misplaced the key for my old vehicle. For over an hour, Terry patiently, diligently, and with a positive attitude helped me find the key that I had lost. The team got together to help as well until we found it. Service was outstanding and very timely. Mike Stevens, my advisor, helped me learn a few new things about my new car that I did not know. He was patient, friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I had a very good experience with my first oil change on my new car. Everyone was very nice and very helpful.
