I am a second time buyer. I am competely sold on A Toyota! It will get you there. I had mine for 8 years so I thought it was time to buy again. I felt like there was no where else to buy but from T & T again. They did all of the hasle work and all I did was drive the car and sign my name! Great team! Keep up the good work.
Great customer service! I never felt pressured to buy my new car, and every member of the team was friendly and knowledgeable. My car did have to go in for some minor service, but Revay and Aziz made sure the service was scheduled and completed shortly after purchase.

I never thought car buying could be easy & painless. That is until I met Scott Myers at Szott M-59 Jeep. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and was honest about what he could do for me. He did not try to sneak one over on me or put me into a vehicle I couldn’t really afford on my budget. Came here looking at a used truck. Salesman was great but that's where it ended. Was given a low ball trade in offer for my vehicle and after refusing the offer was told the manager(Chad)would like to speak with me to see what we could do. After waiting for 20min it became blatently obvious that the manager had no interest speaking with me,(after all the offer for my vehicle was just to take it off my hands like they were my saviors) and I was basically pushed out. Needless to say I won't be back.

In my grief, I needed to sell my husband???s Titan truck. He passed away 6 mos. ago. I just didn???t want to deal with trying to sell to the public for fear of scams, etc.. I spoke to Ryan in the parking lot and he took me under the wing with compassion. As I waited during the process, He kept checking on me and offering water during the process. He did whatever possible to make it easier for me and comforting. I greatly appreciated this. Several other employees were very kind in coming up to speak a short message to me. All were so kind. God told me in 2 different ways to bring the truck here. Now I know why. I was taken care of very well.
Robert Espino was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I do plan on returning to this location as the customer service was excellent and the waiting area was very clean.

This Suv met my expectations and more. Great feeling of comfort and luxury while still having the horsepower. Remote start, Usb's and entertainment for kids, passengers in rear seats. Plenty of legroom in second row seats, plus heated second seats as well.
I took my truck in for first oil change. Supposedly I got a full multi-point inspection. When I drove off the dealer the sound coming from the muffler was different than when I took it in. I immediately found a parking lot and pulled in to it. After checking the muffler and not finding anything I open the engine hood. I immediately saw that whoever took the air filter assembly apart to check the filter could not put it back together. It was totally not right. I put it back together as it properly goes. If something so simple was not done right I wonder what happens when one needs major service done. It’s kind of hard for me to recommend service here after such a minor thing was messed up!!
One of the easiest and most pleasant car purchases that I have made in a long time and I have bought and leased a lot of cars over the years. Kevin Krisher, Internet Sales Manager was fantastic to work with. Leased a New 2017 Nissan Rogue and the price was as advertised, no pressure up selling options, etc. Was torn between Black or White and Kevin brought both Models up front for me to see so I can decide which one I wanted. I highly recommend Kevin and Planet Nissan
Came back 1 year after my daughter bought her Armada this time my wife bought a new Altima of course Mr. Marvin Felix helped us again and again treated us fairly and like a family friend from start till we took the car home. So see you guys again next year my turn to buy my Z

My husband and I drove down to Planet Nissan from our home 2 hours away to test drive and possibly purchase a used Nissan. We had quick and courteous email replies from Marty, from Internet sales, as we made sure the vehicle was still available. Once we arrived we were immediately greeted by several salesman outside the dealership who were eager to help but since we had made plans with Marty we were directed inside. We had to bring our 2-year-old son with us and we were happy to see that there was a well stocked play room for him to play in while we were talking with Marty. He was happy to let us move our car seat into the vehicle we were there to see so that the whole family could be in on the test drive. He had good knowledge of the car and talked about the specs with my husband and he was very kind and patient with our son. We ended up not buying the vehicle, for personal reasons. The vehicle was in great shape and the service top-notch so we have no complaints there, it just wasn't the right vehicle for us at this moment. Marty was understanding, not pushy at all, and said he would keep in touch in case he found any other vehicles that we may be interested in. I would easily go back and would refer friends and family to this dealership.
Sunny was easy going, knowledgeable, clear explanations, fair price, confident, did 150% to stay with us through to final drive-away!! Highest recommendation! He was reassuring on all our concerns as new all electric buyers! Flo c.
On Labor Day weekend 2018 we found ourselves in need of a new vehicle. On Saturday we drove to our favorite dealer "Bill Korum's Puyallup Nissan" in Puyallup Washington and checked in with our favorite sales guy "Boot" we told him what we were looking for. It is our second car we needed to replace so we were looking for a used SUV. Boot hooked us up with a 2010 Nissan Armada, LOVE IT! It took about 2 hours total to drive in, test drive, go through financing and get the vehicle. We were off and on our camping trip the next day. Thanks Boot... We have seen him now in 2016, 2017 and 2018 for our automotive needs. Thanks Boot!
