Great overall experience at Tynans. I worked with Dan and bought an electric car, the Leaf. He is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, which I appreciate. Most sales folks don't know much about electrics, and i feel like i end up doing their job for them, but this was not the case al all with Dan. Tynans is lucky to have him.
After years of mixed experiences at dealerships, I dreaded buying a car again. After deciding to buy a new car, I came across Tynan's and was pleasantly surprised at my experience there. From start to finish, I didn't feel any pressure, everything explained thoroughly, and had been a no hassle experience (aside from the fact they were very busy the day my family visited). 5 Golden stars! I was in the market looking for a new car had been searching for almost a month. I ran across Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh while watching Sunday night football ball.. seen this 2014 max and that I had to have! I inquire about the car the next day and a online rep contacted me about my inquiry. I set an appointment for the same day! I drove an hour and a half to this dealership with all good hopes of bring home a car! As soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with exceptional customer service. I was actually looking for the rep that I had spoke with earlier that day but she had left for the evening. MACKLY, my guy! He was beyond great! He told me that the lady I was looking for was out but he could definitely help me! I sat down with him and discussed exactly what I was there for! Instantly he grabbed the keys to the car and we headed for a test drive! Man this car was CLEAN! Mackly was very knowledgeable with his information provided! Seems like him and I had met once in this lifetime! I felt right at home! Once back at the dealership things went good and smoothed and fast! Of course numbers were ran and Mackly did his best while working with his team to get me a good and affordable rate! Long story long or more so short! Fred Anderson Nissan is great dealership with great people I wouldn???t mind any day doing business with!

Great experience. Matt was knowledgeable on what was needed for my repair, and assisted with an additional safety hazard I was unaware of. He told me what the repair would cos and the approximate time it would take to repair it. Both were as he said.
I went in to get my vehicle serviced, and walked out purchasing a second vehicle. I have bought 4 vehicles from Nissan Younger of Frederick, MD. I will not go any where else, They treat me like family, they are not pushy, I tell them what I want and they make it happen. All departments- service, finance, sales, management etc. are all beyond amazing. Christian did an amazing job on my new purchase, he informs you of information you need, things you didn???t expect you needed to know and most pleasurable person.
I own a late model Toyota Tacoma and was in need of an oil change and some other minor services. An appointment was made at The Toyota dealership for three weeks away. After calling the Performance Dealership in Butler,NJ, an appointment was made and the Toyota appointment was cancelled. The service at Nissan for a non Nissan vehicle was nothing less than professional. Service Manager Tim Kelly and his staff were tremendous, including Ms. Popper.What a relief to know that friendly service is right around the corner. Thank you Tim and staff.
