Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. I didn't get a car but the Customer Service shows that CarMax out value in there employees.

Nicole took care of me. It was fast and easy really the only thing I had to do was test drive and sign papers once I arrived. We all know getting a car whether new or used can be a very long process. Driver???s Select made it easy to apply online, and not to mention the huge lot selection of cars! I found my car on their website and went from there. I went into the dealership just to see if I wanted to get a new truck. About an hour later I was driving away in my new GMC Sierra. That was the best buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. Ozzie the GM was awesome and you could tell he appreciated me for coming in. Seth was my salesman and he was just as awesome. I have bought many (too many) vehicles in my day and Freeman was by far the best. Bill in finance was great also. No pressure to buy this, add on that, or anything. No pressure sales, beautiful facility and their prices are better than many big dealerships. It was worth the 30 mile drive for me and while I didn't buy a car that day, when I find the car that I like and if they have it, I'll be back.
Worked with Keith Barbin who was very friendly and many years of experience in the industry. We were very selective and purchased a 1 year old 14,000 mile rental return with no issues whatsoever. The interior and exterior were nearly perfect and the condition was “like new”. The price was very reasonable and we were impressed with their “dealer level” service department, which you really don’t find at many used car places. We even had our other two cars serviced there while working on the deal for the new car.
I met with Keith. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with the inventory and what was available. My wife and I have recently started looking for a bigger vehicle as we are growing our family. There were many options on the lot and Keith helped us understand what was available. We will continue to search and PM standley will be a place we keep in mind.
Mark Jones was my salesman. Not only did Mark deliver quality service but so did the entire finance and service team. These guys do it right- the first time, every time. I plan to be a customer for a long time. I love my truck and the whole buying experience. Who said buying a vehicle was difficult? Not at PMS!
Normally don't give anybody five stars but have to make an exception on this one. Bought our Nissan Frontier from them. We had them add a Back Flip bed cover and an alarm system. Then today we had our first oil change and tire rotation done. Normally on tires we deal with Discount Tire and have for almost 30 years but PM Standley rotated the tires for 10 bucks. All I can say is our next vehicle we will go to them first and maybe wait to find the right one just to buy it from them.

I was amazed with the courtesy provided this dealership. I was expecting to get a ride home until they completed the repairs on my car. Kathy asked me if I wanted a loaner car? I responded how much per day is it. She replied it’s free! I nearly spit my coffee out when I heard this. I said thank you to her.
The problem with my car the check engine light comes on. I went to Autozone and the ran a test that revealed P0101. ITunes U videos showed this being an Mass Airfow Sensor as the cause of the problem. I had 29,300 miles on the car, thinking that it would cost me an arm and leg if I took the car to the dealership. I bought some MAS cleaner from autozone thinking I could fix this on my own. To make a long story short. I went ahead a took the car from the dealership. This was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and Kathy said they would start the repair on Friday due to the holiday. On Friday around noon I received a call from Kathy and she told me I could pick the car up anytime before 7 PM.
At end of the conversation I had ask how was it going to cost me? I held my breath! All repairs were free! Yes Free!
I went to pickup my car and and came home a happy man.
Today is sad that more businesses doesn’t that type of service! I appreciate Nissan dealership in Lewisville their staff for making my day just a little bit better. If the scale was 100 I would them 100 stars for the courtesy, professionalism and desire to give quality service to the people who bought cars from them.
Kathy should a get raise for her excellent customer service and her professionalism. Rating. 100 stars!
