We showed up at the dealership just before they were closing one night and they did a great job staying in letting us take a test drive and answering our questions. They even told us about a car that was similar and less expensive. We went back the next day to test drive another car and decided to purchase it. As with most dealerships, dealing with the sales manager was long and drawn out. When we got the car they had to re-detail it because it was not as clean as it should???ve been. When we asked about a small paint ding on the hood and ask them for some touch up paint they wouldn???t just give it to us but instead said we could pay to have it done. The sales person was great but the management definitely lacks professionalism. The sales people we???re all hanging around out unprofessionally. They weren???t even dressed appropriately. For example a camouflage hat, jeans and a T-shirt. I think they could probably step up their professional appearance inside the building as well as with their staff.
Danielle was very knowledgeable and explained things very well. Was a pleasure dealing with her. As for the cleaning detail I was not pleased. Overall I will use Awesome Nissan for all my vehicle needs.
