I have been to multiple dealerships the past few months and no one wanted to help me. My lease was up in a few months and my credit is not that great. Gary was amazing I told him my situation and he did not turn me away. We were able to get me into my dream car and the payments are right where I wanted to be. Came to this dealership uneasy as all other dealerships have screwed me over. The general manager Tim and salesman Barry took me under their wing, treated me as they would their own family and found me the greatest deal!! I've never until now walked out of a dealership confident and happy with my purchase!! One happy girl!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I bought a 2016 F150 from Gary Yeomans Ford and love that truck. It had a few minor problems and made an appointment to return and get them fixed. Austin and Chris got together and got everything repaired to my satisfaction. I liked that my salesman Austin Warhurst was easy to get along with and he did everything he could to answer my questions and make sure we were satisfied. Chris, who assisted in getting everything repaired was a great guy too. I will buy another vehicle there because it was a positive dealership.
Shawn Winn was my sales rep. Went above and beyond his call of duty just as well as David the Finance Manager. They made what has always been an ordeal for me a very pleasant process. The knowledge of product and customer service was excellent. Thanks again
