I came in for an oil change but also wanted to have the tires checked. Nick was the Service Representative that assisted me - I'd never seen him before and I've been coming to this dealership for many years. About twenty minutes later, Nick advised me that the oil change as well as other inspections and services were completed. He also advised me that my tires were wearing on the insides and that a four wheel alignment was needed to correct the issue. I was so impressed at how well he explained, in detail what the problem was. Normally I wouldn't have accepted this advice, but I was convinced that he knew what he was talking about, and asked him to proceed with the repair. In addition to thoroughly knowing his job, Nick was exceptionally professional. I was so impressed, I made a point to tell the General Manager of my experience before I left. Thank you and great job Nick!
This is our fourth car purchase and we always come back to Jason Jutz. He is extreamely knowledgeable of all the inventory you have available. He has been our go to guy for many years. Always pleases us. But that???s not all....he is such a kind compassionate man. We are elderly and he always strives to make us comfortable. We feel like he is our friend after so many years and besides that we LOVE our new car.
Bought a used car through Cars.com. The entire experience was superlative. Steve was very helpful confirming details about the car before a long drive to the dealership. Perry did an excellent job taking care of us when we arrived at the dealership, and was very understanding when we took a prolonged test drive. The finance department had all of the documentation prepared and ready for us to sign, so the buying process was beyond efficient. I can’t imagine things going more smoothly. If only all car buying experiences were this easy!
The title says it all. I never get pressured by the sales or finance people. I got exactly what I wanted at a great price. And I was in and out in 2.5 hours including test driving to signing the papers. Steve and Miguel were fantastic.
Have bought several vehicles here before. Salesman great, service department good, facilities nice......the worst financing experience. Go get your own from other source. Terrible...rude..unprofessional....Did my research before I got there ....I knew the interest rates....was given a high rate with an 800 credit score..??? Are you serious????? when I questioned him, attitude, defense and rudeness set in...I went and got my own financing at the rate he told me wasn’t even available or possible, all within an hour. I have never been talked to like that in any dealership and I have owned many different kinds of vehicles in my many years of buying....not to say I am old, but I am not a rookie or first time buyer by any means.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Michelle Blankenship was super attentive, and very helpful without being overbearing. Although they didn't have a car that fit my needs, I would have bought from her if they had. Ask for her. She was great!

Sales consultant Colby came out to greet us as soon as we parked. Told her what I was interested in, and she was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She was also very patient when I decided to look at a different car after test driving the one I went to buy. I decided on a Rogue. Went to Finance where Kodee made that part the most painless and pleasant I have ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone there was friendly and really eager to ensure they delivered what I wanted. A truly customer oriented dealership, along with best prices in the Metroplex. I've been a Nissan owner since 1992 and bought from several other dealerships. I am now a SouthWest customer for life! HIGHLY recommend them.
