Super big muscle car lots of room for big adults good safety features and has a good handling good visibility lots of gadgets to work with

I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. In my opinion they are a top notch GM dealership . Keep up the good work😀

Armada owner for 4 years and I love it! It’s a great, reliable vehicle! It has a lot of cargo room for family trips but is great for day to day driving. I love the v8!

The service department has always been quick, especially when I use their Quick Lane service. They told me recently too that they now have a mobile unit that goes to your house or work and they can also pick up your vehicle, so I might try that next time so I don't have to take time off of work to get it fixed.

The sales agent understood our needs, made suggestions, was knowledgeable, personable, informative, and accommodating. A great and efficient car buying experience.

This is our families 3rd Nissan. This is an upgrade in size fro the Murano we had for 9 years. The Armada is beautiful, quiet ride and handles so nice.

This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .

This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

Fourth time I?ve come to Bill Kay Nissan for a car. I?ve been coming here for over 20 years. Louis my salesman was great, very nice man and not too pushy. Nick the sales manager is AWESOME!! He has been there forever and has sold me all my previous Nissans. He?s always treated me with respect as a woman and given me a good deal. Lastly, Chris the finance guy is the BEST!! He worked hard to get me a payment on the car I wanted at a price that worked for me. I actually enjoyed in the past coming to get my oil changes so I could sit and catch up with them all. They?ve all become like family. As far as their service department they are top notch also. There?s a reason I keep coming back to Bill Kay Nissan!! A nice place to buy a vehicle. Saleman Dominic was very professional. The establishment was very welcoming. Had a great experience there. Would definitely buy from again and recommend to friends and family.

Purchased recently because we needed a bigger car. We looked at Tahoes and Expeditions but we didn't want all the technology that can go wrong. The good about the Armada is that it's very comfortable, heated & cooled seats work great, has plenty of power and a nice V8 grumble, it looks pretty cool, features work well and it's been very reliable so far. The bad is that the power third row takes forever to operate, you can't see anything out of the back at night even with the cameras, the infotainment is pretty dated, steering is vague, and some parts of the interior feel a bit cheap. The gas mileage sucks which is to be expected from a big truck like this but they didn't cut corners with the interior like Ford and GM! MSRP was $66,540 and we got it for half with under 50k miles!

Amazing full size suv, spacious, comfortable, filled with technology. My platinum is excellent to travel with 2 small dogs and golf bags. Not fuel efficient for 2023 gas prices. Well, will keep my amazing toy no matter the gas price. As a Nissan employee lease member, we try and change cars every 7 to 9 months, so far the armada is my top 2 behind the Infiniti qx60.

I purchased my Volvo on New Year’s Eve 2021. I came in the week prior to just shop and Addison took me for a test drive. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. We just bought this car from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown in Utah. And we loved this car. we were pretty hesitant because cost and family budget but now that we have it we cant look back it is an awesome car to run, very smooth and comfortable even though I am only 5'2. love the fact the third row is pretty comfortable. The downside is the gas consumption but the power the V8 gives makes it all worth it. Hands up for Jose Escamilla and Seth Petersen they are awesome at what they do and help you all the way.

My boyfriend and I came in to get me a kinda-sporty lookin, reasonably-priced new car. I’ve always brought a guy with me to car places in case they try to dupe me or intimidate me, but the guy who helped me was so nice, knew a TON about the cars, and seemed really trustworthy. I wouldn’t up buying the car he recommended based on the 1000 wants I had, and I LOVE IT! Overall a pretty good experience there, made GREAT by the sales guy who helped us. He knew his stuff backwards and forwards, and even when he was maybe tryin to upsell me, he gave real reasons either way and let me decide! I’m writing this review because I so appreciated him - Benson. Shout out to you, man. You were the BEST! My bf said he might come there - just to see Benson - when he’s lookin for a new car end of summer. Benson’s our new car guy and I swear we’ve been telling everyone we know! :)
