2023 Nissan Armada review
This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

I haven’t been to a dealership in ten years, but I can say without a doubt that this was the most pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From the time I entered, everyone I met was attentive, professional, and pleasant, and the ambiance was bright and airy without feeling harsh, overstimulating, or sterile. Yes, it’s still a place to purchase a vehicle (or get one worked on), but something about this place felt light and at ease, not forced, stiff, or awkward. Big shout out to Arthur and Taylor for patiently working with me, and also to Lisa, who was my first point of contact and a cheery liaison to this great deal. As much as I’ll chat anyone’s head off and laugh about all manner of things, each of these folks easily matched my enthusiasm, beat for beat, even on things that had nothing to do with the sale at hand. Any workplace with that many capable and kind people on staff is clearly doing something right. As for pricing, I was not only glad to not be launched into the highball-lowball, poker-faced haggling game, but it was also great to drive away with a more-than-comparable discount on an even better model than I initially picked. I’m most certainly satisfied and willing to shop here again. ALSO…shout out to Baxter, whose apparently unflappable sleep skills yet go unparalleled. Way to get that deep rest. Lol.
