Great Customer Service! I really felt like the staff was there to help me get out of my situation not sell me for their benefit ( I was upside down making payments on my Chevy Cruz) UNTIL I went to Niello. I left the lot that day VERY excited with me brand new Tiguan. It runs great! very clean facility, awesome staff, fast service, very helpful. Definitely no complaints at all.

I love that this vehicle has the two captain seats with a removable center council as I have 3 kids and 2 are in car seats so tipping the seats forward for our oldest to get in back would not be an option. I didn’t want a suburban again and I wasn’t ready to go to a van. I love the leather that’s in the vehicle and how much space it has. It’s got everything I need and more.

My experience at Future Ford was nothing short of a blessing😇, meeting with the sales team over the course of the interview to find out what Future Ford could do for me, it felt like I was talking to a group of people that I've known all my life, it seemed like we were just out of touch for a while and was just catching up, everyone I spoke to was empathetic and understanding, they wanted to make sure that I didn't leave with what I came for.🚘 They have done everything in their power even to help me, even bending over backwards 😅which I must say is kind of difficult for me at my age! 😆😆😆 I couldn't possibly think you guys enough, everyone at Future Ford, Brian O'Brien, Derek leggings quite a dynamic team, to these two I am in debt from the love that I have received from the both of them. I would highly recommend everyone that I we'll meet in the future and all my friends to come on down to future Ford and get an amazing deal on an awesome car just like I did! My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Outstanding features, performance so far compared to our Chevy Tahoe. The safety features are very nice and the ride comfort is smooth and heavy. Features like lane departure, backup warning and electric rear seats that can fold done with a flip of a switch are very nice!!

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I went through Consumer Reports online option so that I could complete as much of my car search and negotiations at arm???s length. Having all the info in writing allows me to think logically, choose exactly what I need, and compare prices, values, and features. I get anxious heebee-geebees having to go up against a salesperson and decide about anything on the spot. When that happens, i always end up feeling that I???ve been bamboozled. Mostly the Consumer Reports ???True Car??? approach worked, with just a few hitches. The first big hitch is that when you sign up, you have to provide both a phone number and an email address. There is no way on the signup to indicate one???s preference for contact, or whether there is a problem with any form of contact. (For example, I???m a teacher, and it is absolutely not OK to call me during the school day, which almost all of them did.) So, within three minutes of clicking yes for quotes, my phone started ringing and dozens of emails began pouring in, sometimes from multiple agents at the same dealership. And since Consumer Reports sends the request to three different dealers, the bombardment is from three different dealerships. It???s awful. But once I reached the callers and told them to STOP CALLING and reach me only by email, the calls slowed down. The second hitch is that once my butt was in the chair for the paperwork, they came at me with unexpected offers of all kinds of extended this and that policies, special protective treatments for the paint (I kept remembering the ???True Coat??? scene in the movie ???Fargo,??? and felt a mixture of irritation and amusement. Classic car-dealership sleaze moves.) If I had known this crap was coming, I would have refused to sit down with the paperwork guys until this information had been given to me in writing so that I could go home and read it, research it, and make a cool, dispassionate, logical decision. I ended up being talked into a $3,200 service/protection plan (???only $50 a month for five years, and you get eight years of coverage!!!), and ended up angry with them and myself. Went back a few days later to deliver my final check after receiving my outside financing, and told the finance guy how annoyed I was with that add-on. He was a bit defensive at first, but then switched tactics: of course I could decline the add-on, but I???d have to wait to have it refunded by Toyota finance. WHAT? I didn???t even take Toyota finance! No luck getting him to understand how offensive it was to have them move ahead with Toyota finance when we had an agreement that I was not taking Toyota finance, and had seven days to secure my own. Whatever. I was going to have to wait for refund of the $3,200. Then they guy came at it again; I could get this policy for $1,000 less (???our employee and family discount price???)! He talked me into that. I think ??? think, not believe totally ??? that the protection plan is reasonably helpful, given all the sophisticated electronics in my vehicle. But I???m still walking around with deep resentment of the process. In the end, I got a good car with the features I wanted, at an OK price, explained well by the internet salesmen with whom I worked. I was treated respectfully, which is important to me as a woman buying on my own. But next time I???ll work hard to head off the last-minute crud at the end, and demand to have all that info in writing before I even poke my head into the office of the bookkeeping/finance guys.

I bought my 2015 Murano new from Future Nissan , and even though I live 2 hours away, have had every service there. Because they care! My experience with buying my new vehicle was so positive, that I decided to continue using this dealership for all my service needs. For almost 3 years I have experienced their service, when they have been crazy busy, slow , or through renovation. Every visit I have been pleased with how I am treated. I have been asked if I need help while I wait from numerous employees that are willing to answer any questions I have;from how to make a cappuccino to where the restrooms are. To keep this real, there has only been one person I have been unhappy with in all this time....my positives have far outweighed that one encounter. I want everyone to know that I am quickly greeted as I drive up, taken inside to my service representative (my favorite Glen Weller) where they check my account ,answer my questions, and suggest my best service. Glen personally remembers me , and inquires about family; as other employees have recognized me as I have waited. It is this connection that has made me trust Future Nissan and made a loyal customer.

I came in with my 2015 Altima for maintanence. I decided I wanted a new vehicle before my warranty was up(I???m spoiled). As I was browsing I was met by Marcus Correa. He is super nice and down to earth. Marcus didn???t try to sell me things I did not want. I felt Jay and Marcus made this sale happen even when I was unsure if it would. They were flexible and listened to my need and wants. Exceptional customer service!! After the sales team helped me out, I met Dustin Leroy. Okay at this point my husband was mad that I was getting a car(lol) Dustin and my husband found common ground and really got along well. He saved me from hearing my husband complain about me spending money. Again I felt like Dustin listened to me and really help. Thanks guys!
