I went in to look at a car that I had seen online. It was in great condition. The person who helped me also drove me around their property and showed me similar cars. All of the cars were in great condition, the location was nice and clean, and when I test drove a car, they had a perfect route. It had highway and back roads and neighborhoods and stop signs and turns and curves and hills. There are a lot of cars at this dealership but they knew every car fairly well. There was no hassle of paperwork or rush or pressure. It was casual and laid back and comfortable. This is the best dealership I have ever been to.

The cube is roomier than you think. Rear seats lay down and move back and forth. I've hauled lots of stuff in it by laying down the back seats. It gets close to 30 mpg; Has a cool artsy look and offers a comfortable ride. The only negative is when driving on the interstate during high winds, it is kinda hard to steer.

I'm one of those people who put off service as long as possible because I equate the experience with going to the dentist but Silko Honda Service is an exception! I was overdue on my 20k mile service and in desperate need of an oil change so I called to schedule an appointment. I had a few small windows of time that they were able to accommodate. As soon as I pulled my car in I was greeted by service advisor Jamie Martinho, who couldn't have been more friendly or professional. I was nervous to ask what I thought was a stupid question but he assured me that it wasn't stupid and answered with confidence and knowledge. I had just started getting into a tv show in the waiting room when Jamie came to tell me that it was ready; I wasn't expecting it to be that quick. He explained everything to me in layman's terms since I'm not too knowledgeable about cars and made me feel like he truly valued my business. I will not be anxious next time I need service and I will definitely be going back to Silko Honda and hope to see Jamie!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I seriously love this car. I first spotted my Bali Blue car online for a good price and low miles. I spoke with the manager and was able to negotiate a better price. It all seemed to good to be true. However, when I first pulled up to the sales lot, I wanted to turn around and go home. It was easy to spot, no way was it blending in. I drive a midsize SUV and the Cube seemed like a joke by size. I kept thinking "matchbox" and "clown car" just by looking at the size. I wanted to cry, but i was told to at least look at the car, since we had driven so far to see it. I was skeptical even when I sat inside. Although it was roomier than I expected, I still worried that there wasn't enough space for passengers. To my surprise, there's way more room that you'd think by looking from the outside. I'm 5'3 and one of my passengers was around 6'0 tall, he sat in the back with no trouble. I began my test drive and was in love with the ride and the car in general. I became attached. There are a numerous amount of cup holders. There's a pretty distinctive pattern design in the interior of the Cube but it didn't bother me one way or another. I love the iPod connection and the bluetooth. The cargo area is not huge but I don't need a ton of room. I think the car is perfect for me and my quirky personality. I think my Cube is adorable and I don't have any complaints. The one thing I wish my Cube had is the interior lights beneath the dashboard and the rear camera. Nonetheless, I can't complain about this car. Initially, I just wanted a reliable and affordable car but I receive more. I was scared that I'd regret this purchase, but I feel as if I finally have a car that I love.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

The best little car I've ever owned

This car met all our needs. The kids were little when we first got it and there was plenty of room in the back for three children and in the front for two adults. It gets incredible gas mileage and people always look at it when you pass them because it's just a unique car design. I wanted to keep it for another 10 years however my children are now teenagers and it is no longer a good fit for all three of them in the back seat. Whichever kid sits in the middle is uncomfortable because there isn't enough leg room. So I would say this car seats four adults comfortably or two adults and three small children. I seriously am going to miss this car because I've never had one that was so cool before.

I live in NYC and parking can be a big headache here. I chose Nissan Cube because it is a very practical, zippy car to drive in crowded city traffic. Often I can park in spots where other drivers cant and it saves me time and money. it is a short car yet has a lot of room to transport your stuff. It saves yme money also at the Gas pump.

I have always liked unique looking cars, so when I saw this one, I had to own it. Drove it for 9 years, put 129,000 miles on it and never had one single problem. Not one. Replaced the tires 3 times and put in a new battery, but maintained it regularly and she purred like a kitten. Unfortunately I got t-boned recently. Let me just tell all the nay-sayers that this little buddy held up like a champ. I took a hard hit and we all walked away. Side curtain airbags deployed and saved a lot of injury. I will miss her. She served me like a faithful friend.

Good for first 1000miles

Was a very reliable vehicle for 1000 miles, then it started having problems. My wife started driving with this vehicle, and through the bangups, bumps, and scratches, it lasted 50k miles longer. It had all the features I was looking for like cruise, seating a family of 4, and good cargo space. I did find that in high speeds the was wind and road noise, that on two occasions when I had to replace a flat tire the jack location behind the wheels to raise and lower the vehicle was very difficult to find and opperate. I decided to trade the vehicle when the door locks were working poorly. I thought that the key fob was the problem but it turned out that this model yr cube has a problem with it's locks and Nissan has never issued a recall to fix it.

Comfortable for road trips or just getting around town. Great views from the huge windows. Great sound system, exterior and interior color and styling in the Indigo Limited Edition, plus a smooth ride. Very spacious for a small car. This has been my favorite car to own.

I found my new car online at cars.com, and I called over to Royal Auto Dealer before making the 2 hr trip to make sure the car was available and ask a couple basic questions. I talked to Ross and he was not only very professional over the phone, but answered my questions and provided online options for finance approval prior to driving the 2 hrs to LA. He was zero pressure over the phone, and said he would get the car ready for test drive for me. When I arrived at the shop, I was slightly nervous as it's a small shop and is also an insurance office. But when I walked in, I was greeted immediately and Ross introduced himself. Ross is a true gentleman and is absolutely a zero-pressure salesman with an awesome, down to earth attitude. He got me a Snapple, some water, we talked a moment about the car and he offered to drive me over to the lot where it was located. He brought me to the car lot (security-guarded and gated in a somewhat inconspicuous location very close to the office, less than 1 mile) and he was very real in conversation along the way which, to me, gave me a good feeling about his integrity from the get go. Once we got to the lot, Ross and his staff had washed the car, had it detailed immaculately inside and out, and it was parked in the shade ready for my inspection. He was also in the process of hiring a mechanical/miscellaneous worker so Ross allowed me to go through all the nooks and crannies of the car to my satisfaction while he was standing nearby to answer any questions and help me test the lights. He made me as the customer his top priority and I definitely felt that, yet again with NO PRESSURE whatsoever. The car itself is in AMAZING condition for being 11 years old, and everything was as described online. I loved that Royal Auto Dealer posted the full CarFax and all the details available so that I had no surprises since I was coming from out of town. Ross' confidence in the car was based on his own experience as he makes sure to drive each of his cars to his home and back to make sure everything is working well. How many car dealers actually drive the cars they sell!? That was a great sign to me of the quality of car and good business. The entire contract/financing process was so smooth. I do not have the greatest credit but Ross used his rapport with lenders after being refused and got me a better deal than I had ever expected. Obviously I can't post numbers, but trust me, this was a better than good deal. Ross was honest and straightforward with everything, gave consistent answers, and was SO patient with me as I am the kind of person who likes to ask many questions and address concerns. I could not have been more happy with the car, with the process, and with Ross/Royal Auto Dealer. He stayed as long as it took for us to sign papers, answer questions, and make sure I was 100% happy with the contract, even though the office had closed at least a couple hours prior. Incredible gentlemen at this business just from my one encounter with them. I will absolutely be referring as many people as I know who are in the car-buying market to take the trip to Royal Auto Dealer for all these reasons. Not to mention my car looks and runs beautifully without breaking my bank account. :) KUDOS and blessings to Ross, his family, and all the staff at Royal Auto Dealer. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks can be deceiving, but it's huge on the inside. Very fun to drive and navigate through traffic and tight spaces. Lots of functionality and room to pack it up for a roadtrip. Very good visibility from a driving standpoint, and no complaints from the passengers either.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Bought this car because I have a stiff leg and was so easy to get in and out of without pain! Very easy to stear and maneuver ! The price was a big plus. The room inside is surprising for a small car and it gets great gas mileage . Really can't think of anything I would change. The side opening back door is a grreat feature for ease of access . Would recommend my car to anyone. :)
