This car met all our needs. The kids were little when we first got it and there was plenty of room in the back for three children and in the front for two adults. It gets incredible gas mileage and people always look at it when you pass them because it's just a unique car design. I wanted to keep it for another 10 years however my children are now teenagers and it is no longer a good fit for all three of them in the back seat. Whichever kid sits in the middle is uncomfortable because there isn't enough leg room. So I would say this car seats four adults comfortably or two adults and three small children. I seriously am going to miss this car because I've never had one that was so cool before.

We were in the market for a larger vehicle for our growing family and came to this dealer to look at a Chevy Tahoe we had found online @ Cars.com. We arrived at the dealership and they had the vehicle we had inquired about pulled up front, keys in it and ready to go. After looking at the vehicle in person, decided that wasn't the vehicle for us and asked if we could walk around the lot to see what else was available. With our 7 yr old and 15 mo old in tow, we set out through their huge inventory of new and used vehicles and happened upon a Certified Used truck. Since we weren't originally thinking of buying a 4-door truck, we had Josh get the keys, we started it up, looked it over and left the dealership to do our research. We returned almost a week later, kids in tow, and Josh was not working that day. Another salesman arranged for us to test drive the same truck we had looked at and arranged to have it put on a lift in the shop after shop hours, so my mechanic husband wouldn't have to get down on the ground in the pouring rain to inspect it. We ended up purchasing that day and they got us a better interest rate through GM Credit than my long time Credit Union could offer. They all worked as a team and ensured me that Josh would still get the credit for the sale, due to the circumstances that he was off. Thank you guys! Your patience with working with two young and bored children was amazing!

Looks can be deceiving, but it's huge on the inside. Very fun to drive and navigate through traffic and tight spaces. Lots of functionality and room to pack it up for a roadtrip. Very good visibility from a driving standpoint, and no complaints from the passengers either.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

I seriously love this car. I first spotted my Bali Blue car online for a good price and low miles. I spoke with the manager and was able to negotiate a better price. It all seemed to good to be true. However, when I first pulled up to the sales lot, I wanted to turn around and go home. It was easy to spot, no way was it blending in. I drive a midsize SUV and the Cube seemed like a joke by size. I kept thinking "matchbox" and "clown car" just by looking at the size. I wanted to cry, but i was told to at least look at the car, since we had driven so far to see it. I was skeptical even when I sat inside. Although it was roomier than I expected, I still worried that there wasn't enough space for passengers. To my surprise, there's way more room that you'd think by looking from the outside. I'm 5'3 and one of my passengers was around 6'0 tall, he sat in the back with no trouble. I began my test drive and was in love with the ride and the car in general. I became attached. There are a numerous amount of cup holders. There's a pretty distinctive pattern design in the interior of the Cube but it didn't bother me one way or another. I love the iPod connection and the bluetooth. The cargo area is not huge but I don't need a ton of room. I think the car is perfect for me and my quirky personality. I think my Cube is adorable and I don't have any complaints. The one thing I wish my Cube had is the interior lights beneath the dashboard and the rear camera. Nonetheless, I can't complain about this car. Initially, I just wanted a reliable and affordable car but I receive more. I was scared that I'd regret this purchase, but I feel as if I finally have a car that I love.

Bought this car because I have a stiff leg and was so easy to get in and out of without pain! Very easy to stear and maneuver ! The price was a big plus. The room inside is surprising for a small car and it gets great gas mileage . Really can't think of anything I would change. The side opening back door is a grreat feature for ease of access . Would recommend my car to anyone. :)

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Comfortable for road trips or just getting around town. Great views from the huge windows. Great sound system, exterior and interior color and styling in the Indigo Limited Edition, plus a smooth ride. Very spacious for a small car. This has been my favorite car to own.

Five great things I liked about the Hyundai buying experience: 1 & 2. Cody - nice to deal with. Jim Quaye (Mazda manager) - also friendly to deal with. 3. Brenna -- knew her stuff!!!!! Great knowledge about leasing from her!! 4. Cody was great with emails / communication -- keeping me updated of the status of my missing cargo tray, he also was quick to respond to my email, had the car we were interested in ready & pulled up in front for us to test drive when we arrived after a long day's work. 5. We now own a great vehicle we are happy with, and the signing of paperwork couldn't have gone any smoother. The gas tank was filled, and car was spotless upon pickup. The whole experience took about 2 1/2 hours , which is what I expected. Not bad! What would I change? How could Moon Hyundai Improve? 1. More information -- maybe let Brenna explain some general leasing info FIRST. Wish I would have known about the surprise $900 I had to pay after already making the deal for $2000 down. I had to buy that service policy to cover scratches / nicks or problems that the car might have upon return of a leased vehicle. I thought I had $1000 automatic coverage and wouldn't need to purchase anything else. Brenna explained that the 1K was only offered by Mazda, which we test drove 2 days earlier. Cody told us about this $1000 "return-your-lease-with-no-worries" coverage, and I assumed it would apply to Hyundai vehicles, too (since they're both owned by Falconi and both dealerships were interrelated) -- I didn't realize it was a Mazda-only thing, and Hyundai had NO coverage for minor damage at the end of a lease; therefore, I HAD to purchase some kind of coverage. Surprise -- $900 more (after the deal was already done, and my downpayment was already agreed upon!) I felt that was a little unfair. I take some blame: I never asked about it; I just assumed it was included. But it's my first lease in my life. Cody did mention the $1000 end-of-lease coverage when we were talking about purchasing a Mazda two days before, but he never mentioned it during our transaction for the Hyundai. 2. Make sure the online pricing of a vehicle included taxes (you are an Allegheny County dealer, then you should show Allegheny County tax) -- state that "Leasing price includes tax for Allegheny County residents. Beaver, Butler, Armstrong, Washington County residents' taxes could be cheaper." All on-line pricing showed $279 / month with $2000 down (My payment is $326, after 2,900 down) 3. Be open on Sundays -- 10am to 5pm!

At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. I bought a brand new Dodge Grand Caravan from Tate in August of 2015 and the overall process in doing so was easier and swifter than initially anticipated. I use the car for work a lot, and by a lot, I mean on average I put about 5,000 miles a month on it which means that I swing by the service center at least once a month to get the vehicle properly tuned. So far I have not had any issues with anyone there, the customer service representatives have been more than pleased to help and very friendly, especially Thuan who always greets with a smile and doesn't waste any time in aiding you. The mechanics are great too. Each time I pull out of the shop, the car drives like new, as if I had just bought it. In other words I highly recommend their services.

Most efficient, cost effective and reliable car there is! The design and model is quirky, fun, and good. With a car seat/booster seat...can be tight for people sitting beside it but other than that, it's roomy. I use it for work and fun.

I searched the entire nation looking for someone who would make me a decent deal on a 2019 Subaru Forester, with no B.S., no high-pressure sales pitches, and easy on the "up sell" pitches. I started shopping seriously in July 2019 and it took weeks of Internet comparisons to winnow the dealer list down to a handful of "maybe" honest, reliable dealers. But Subaru was just starting to release the 2019 models, and none of these dealers had much stock to test drive. Then one day I got a call from Subaru of Little Rock, they were willing to known $1,000 off the MSRP for Internet Buyers from out of state. Now that was interesting! And they just happened to have a blue 2019 on the lot. I was assigned to Mark Whittle as my primary salesmen. Mark and I communicated by text messages and a few phone calls before I to LIT flew out for the test drive on 10/01/2018. He was always very responsive to my text questions and seemed like a "straight shooter". I took an Uber ride straight from the airport to the dealership, and when I stepped inside the showroom, I phoned Mark Whittle to let him know I was there. On the phone he said, "Glad you made it! Look over to your right on that table and you will find the keys to your vehicle. Go take it for a spin and come tell me what you think." Wow! Talk about efficiency and trust! I loved that! I grabbed the keys, walked out to the only blue Subaru on the lot, walked around it admiring the beautiful design, snapped a few photos for my wife back in New Mexico, then started it up and let Google Maps navigate me to the nearest freeway. I tested the seats for comfort, the dashboard controls for ease of use, the engine for power in passing big rigs on the right, and the turning radius after I got off the freeway. Since we already owned a 2018 Forester, all I had to do was compare the two. What is better? What is worse? Will this care work for us? Would both my wife and myself be comfortable driving this new, re-designed model? My test drive did not take long. I returned the car to the lot with only 6 miles on the odometer -- all put there by me. My decision? Yes!, if Subaru of Little Rock will give me the $1,000 Internet Buyer discount, and if mark Whittle continues to be the low-pressure, straight shooter I believe him to be: I will buy this car today. I went back inside, and everything went perfectly. i can't say enough good things about Mark Whittle. They even let me leave the care on their lot for three weeks at no cost so I could arrange for my wife to travel out to Little Rock with me and we shared the driving back to Las Cruces (which was much cheaper than having it trailered that far.) Throughout the entire process I felt ZERO sales pressure from Mark Whittle, nothing but total honesty. He is banking major "good karma" points for his next life. :-) I highly recommend Subaru of Little Rock in General and Mark Whittle in particular!

I have always liked unique looking cars, so when I saw this one, I had to own it. Drove it for 9 years, put 129,000 miles on it and never had one single problem. Not one. Replaced the tires 3 times and put in a new battery, but maintained it regularly and she purred like a kitten. Unfortunately I got t-boned recently. Let me just tell all the nay-sayers that this little buddy held up like a champ. I took a hard hit and we all walked away. Side curtain airbags deployed and saved a lot of injury. I will miss her. She served me like a faithful friend.

Fort Collins Dodge was such a blessing. I am from out of town (3 1/2 hours away) and had car problems. I had tried many other auto places and no one could help me that day. Finally I was led to Fort Collins Dodge and they said they would try to help. I was amazed at their generosity, knowledge and willingness to help a stranger! Ric Wagstaff was so accommodating and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, Kaity helped me get a rental to have for the few hours I was without my car, and Eric Jones, the mechanic, stayed late to make sure I could get on the road before the big storm! The cube is roomier than you think. Rear seats lay down and move back and forth. I've hauled lots of stuff in it by laying down the back seats. It gets close to 30 mpg; Has a cool artsy look and offers a comfortable ride. The only negative is when driving on the interstate during high winds, it is kinda hard to steer.

Good for first 1000miles

Was a very reliable vehicle for 1000 miles, then it started having problems. My wife started driving with this vehicle, and through the bangups, bumps, and scratches, it lasted 50k miles longer. It had all the features I was looking for like cruise, seating a family of 4, and good cargo space. I did find that in high speeds the was wind and road noise, that on two occasions when I had to replace a flat tire the jack location behind the wheels to raise and lower the vehicle was very difficult to find and opperate. I decided to trade the vehicle when the door locks were working poorly. I thought that the key fob was the problem but it turned out that this model yr cube has a problem with it's locks and Nissan has never issued a recall to fix it.

They came and picked up my car same day i called. I was really nervous about getting my car fixed everyone says "your car never feels the same after it gets work done" but i feel like that doesnt apply to my situation. My car needed a lot of work done to it and when i got it back it felt like it had never gotten damaged. It drives really nice and it looks amazing! I received a call with updates and they answered any questions i had. There were no suprises i knew exactly what going on and if anything had changed. They took their time and they sure know what they're doing.
