I was totally expecting a full on Blitz The normal high pressure Hard Sell but I walked in to find a calm helpful staff even got a ride down to the lot by the owner himself I had my eye on a certain vehicle which he took me right to but I became hesitant when he tried to direct me to a different Vehicle I must admit I though he we go pushing me off in another direction but he soon went on to explain that he himself had not had time to inspect the vehical I was wishing to see and that I was welcome to inspect it myself without any pressure I was free to do as I pleased I soon decided that vehicle was priced lower because the years had not been kind to her I'm not saying there was anything wrong it was just a little rougher than I was wanting as I strolled thru the rest of the lot staff members patroled the lot helping others and giving me a Gracious nod letting me know that if I needed anything they we're all there and willing I finally found a match for myself that I hadn't even given a second look at on their website I wanted it at first site after circling her a few times and checking ever thing looking for something hidin a problem that might arise to dash my dreams but the more I searched the better she looked someone had taken special of this little lady all it took was a single hand jesture a friendly sales rep helped me get her up front and in moments tag on the back there you go take her for a spin. By myself just had to copy my drivers license and I was free to test her out without any outside distractions she drove wonderful the only issue I could find turned out to be that I was trying to apply the 4wheel low improperly which the sales rep. Aka the owner himself took the time to come out and make sure that there wasn't any problems I must admit I was hoping to find something a minor issue that might bring this sweet ride down closer to my price range but no everything was fine and the price was out of my reach not wanting to show just how badly I wanted this truck I tried to act like it wasn't really that special but I think he could see right thru me he said come on in and we'll crunch some numbers he came down I extened my budget but still the gap was too wide I finally came clean and layed down all my cards it must have been written all over my face just how badly I wanted her because with a smile he gave her over to me I want everyone to know I've been around used car lots all my life and I've never been treated so kind I've never been so impressed with their Approach to what is normally a sketchy Business at best they made me feel like a freind of the family even though we had just met

This car met all our needs. The kids were little when we first got it and there was plenty of room in the back for three children and in the front for two adults. It gets incredible gas mileage and people always look at it when you pass them because it's just a unique car design. I wanted to keep it for another 10 years however my children are now teenagers and it is no longer a good fit for all three of them in the back seat. Whichever kid sits in the middle is uncomfortable because there isn't enough leg room. So I would say this car seats four adults comfortably or two adults and three small children. I seriously am going to miss this car because I've never had one that was so cool before.

Good for first 1000miles

Was a very reliable vehicle for 1000 miles, then it started having problems. My wife started driving with this vehicle, and through the bangups, bumps, and scratches, it lasted 50k miles longer. It had all the features I was looking for like cruise, seating a family of 4, and good cargo space. I did find that in high speeds the was wind and road noise, that on two occasions when I had to replace a flat tire the jack location behind the wheels to raise and lower the vehicle was very difficult to find and opperate. I decided to trade the vehicle when the door locks were working poorly. I thought that the key fob was the problem but it turned out that this model yr cube has a problem with it's locks and Nissan has never issued a recall to fix it.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. Mohammad was great to work with. I had put a down payment on the car because I had to come from West Virginia to Chicago. I wasn't able to get there on time and I bought a car here in town. The deposit is normally non-refundable, but I didn't know that. Mohammad took care of me and credited my 100.00 to my credit card. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Looks can be deceiving, but it's huge on the inside. Very fun to drive and navigate through traffic and tight spaces. Lots of functionality and room to pack it up for a roadtrip. Very good visibility from a driving standpoint, and no complaints from the passengers either.

Easy easy EASY way to buy a car!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

I seriously love this car. I first spotted my Bali Blue car online for a good price and low miles. I spoke with the manager and was able to negotiate a better price. It all seemed to good to be true. However, when I first pulled up to the sales lot, I wanted to turn around and go home. It was easy to spot, no way was it blending in. I drive a midsize SUV and the Cube seemed like a joke by size. I kept thinking "matchbox" and "clown car" just by looking at the size. I wanted to cry, but i was told to at least look at the car, since we had driven so far to see it. I was skeptical even when I sat inside. Although it was roomier than I expected, I still worried that there wasn't enough space for passengers. To my surprise, there's way more room that you'd think by looking from the outside. I'm 5'3 and one of my passengers was around 6'0 tall, he sat in the back with no trouble. I began my test drive and was in love with the ride and the car in general. I became attached. There are a numerous amount of cup holders. There's a pretty distinctive pattern design in the interior of the Cube but it didn't bother me one way or another. I love the iPod connection and the bluetooth. The cargo area is not huge but I don't need a ton of room. I think the car is perfect for me and my quirky personality. I think my Cube is adorable and I don't have any complaints. The one thing I wish my Cube had is the interior lights beneath the dashboard and the rear camera. Nonetheless, I can't complain about this car. Initially, I just wanted a reliable and affordable car but I receive more. I was scared that I'd regret this purchase, but I feel as if I finally have a car that I love.

Bought this car because I have a stiff leg and was so easy to get in and out of without pain! Very easy to stear and maneuver ! The price was a big plus. The room inside is surprising for a small car and it gets great gas mileage . Really can't think of anything I would change. The side opening back door is a grreat feature for ease of access . Would recommend my car to anyone. :)

I live in NYC and parking can be a big headache here. I chose Nissan Cube because it is a very practical, zippy car to drive in crowded city traffic. Often I can park in spots where other drivers cant and it saves me time and money. it is a short car yet has a lot of room to transport your stuff. It saves yme money also at the Gas pump.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

I bought a brand new Dodge Grand Caravan from Tate in August of 2015 and the overall process in doing so was easier and swifter than initially anticipated. I use the car for work a lot, and by a lot, I mean on average I put about 5,000 miles a month on it which means that I swing by the service center at least once a month to get the vehicle properly tuned. So far I have not had any issues with anyone there, the customer service representatives have been more than pleased to help and very friendly, especially Thuan who always greets with a smile and doesn't waste any time in aiding you. The mechanics are great too. Each time I pull out of the shop, the car drives like new, as if I had just bought it. In other words I highly recommend their services.

I have always liked unique looking cars, so when I saw this one, I had to own it. Drove it for 9 years, put 129,000 miles on it and never had one single problem. Not one. Replaced the tires 3 times and put in a new battery, but maintained it regularly and she purred like a kitten. Unfortunately I got t-boned recently. Let me just tell all the nay-sayers that this little buddy held up like a champ. I took a hard hit and we all walked away. Side curtain airbags deployed and saved a lot of injury. I will miss her. She served me like a faithful friend.

I personally love aero motors I have owned 2 cars from there and well they both have been great cars.. My dad has been buying vehicles front here for years now so when it came time for my first car he brought me to aero. The quality of thier cars is untouchable and if there is something wrong they work with you to fix it not hier service center. They make getting an appointment very easy and the work it's self is always done correctly . Fred herbster is the man who helped walk me through purchasing my 2010 Chrysler 300 . because of him I walked away with my dream car and he made financing it a breeze . very very friendly and helpful environment ..prices are very fair .. Comfortable for road trips or just getting around town. Great views from the huge windows. Great sound system, exterior and interior color and styling in the Indigo Limited Edition, plus a smooth ride. Very spacious for a small car. This has been my favorite car to own.
