I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted (red exterior, black leather interior, blind spot monitoring, just to name a few). Having shopped online and in-person for cars for over a month I was getting worn down by the entire car buying experience and tired of dealing with pushy salesmen. My Mitsubishi salesman was Frank Chelli. Right away I could tell he was different. He was a very friendly, easy-going guy who took the time to listen to my wants/needs in a car. He never once tried to up sell me or bully me into buying a car I didn't like. That's a huge plus in my book! He helped me quickly as I was on a lunch break and pinpointed the exact car for me within minutes! And let me tell you....this car is a dream!! Frank not only nailed all of my musts but he surpassed them by a long shot! My car has all the bells and whistles and then some! This baby only had $3k miles on it and was owned by the dealership so it was well taken care of. It literally has everything a girl could ask for and technology I never even knew I needed. Going from a basic sedan with no technology, not even capabilities for navigation, this car was a HUGE upgrade! I drove home less than 24 hours after I walked into the dealership with a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. This baby is completely tricked out and the price I paid is what a base model would cost from their competitors. It's insane how much bang I got for my buck! Nobody likes the car buying experience but Frank and Bobby made it as quick and painless as possible. Even staying late and coming in on their days off to help me. Bobby even sweetened the deal by putting all-weather mats in my car before I drove off! My car also came with an amazing warranty and unlimited car washes for life! I've already gotten my first wash and I was in and out within 10 minutes. My only complaint would be that the staff needs to be better trained on the technology that these cars have to offer. It would help tremendously to have a staff member who can explain the ins and outs of using the apps, setting up your phone, knowing the differences between Apple & Android, etc. This was Frank's only downfall. But what he lacked in technology knowledge he more than made up for in his passion for customer service and making sure I was 100% happy before leaving the lot. I will definitely recommend your dealership and when the time comes for me to trade in my baby this will be the first place I stop and hopefully the last!

Was a very reliable vehicle for 1000 miles, then it started having problems. My wife started driving with this vehicle, and through the bangups, bumps, and scratches, it lasted 50k miles longer. It had all the features I was looking for like cruise, seating a family of 4, and good cargo space. I did find that in high speeds the was wind and road noise, that on two occasions when I had to replace a flat tire the jack location behind the wheels to raise and lower the vehicle was very difficult to find and opperate. I decided to trade the vehicle when the door locks were working poorly. I thought that the key fob was the problem but it turned out that this model yr cube has a problem with it's locks and Nissan has never issued a recall to fix it.

I found my new car online at cars.com, and I called over to Royal Auto Dealer before making the 2 hr trip to make sure the car was available and ask a couple basic questions. I talked to Ross and he was not only very professional over the phone, but answered my questions and provided online options for finance approval prior to driving the 2 hrs to LA. He was zero pressure over the phone, and said he would get the car ready for test drive for me. When I arrived at the shop, I was slightly nervous as it's a small shop and is also an insurance office. But when I walked in, I was greeted immediately and Ross introduced himself. Ross is a true gentleman and is absolutely a zero-pressure salesman with an awesome, down to earth attitude. He got me a Snapple, some water, we talked a moment about the car and he offered to drive me over to the lot where it was located. He brought me to the car lot (security-guarded and gated in a somewhat inconspicuous location very close to the office, less than 1 mile) and he was very real in conversation along the way which, to me, gave me a good feeling about his integrity from the get go. Once we got to the lot, Ross and his staff had washed the car, had it detailed immaculately inside and out, and it was parked in the shade ready for my inspection. He was also in the process of hiring a mechanical/miscellaneous worker so Ross allowed me to go through all the nooks and crannies of the car to my satisfaction while he was standing nearby to answer any questions and help me test the lights. He made me as the customer his top priority and I definitely felt that, yet again with NO PRESSURE whatsoever. The car itself is in AMAZING condition for being 11 years old, and everything was as described online. I loved that Royal Auto Dealer posted the full CarFax and all the details available so that I had no surprises since I was coming from out of town. Ross' confidence in the car was based on his own experience as he makes sure to drive each of his cars to his home and back to make sure everything is working well. How many car dealers actually drive the cars they sell!? That was a great sign to me of the quality of car and good business. The entire contract/financing process was so smooth. I do not have the greatest credit but Ross used his rapport with lenders after being refused and got me a better deal than I had ever expected. Obviously I can't post numbers, but trust me, this was a better than good deal. Ross was honest and straightforward with everything, gave consistent answers, and was SO patient with me as I am the kind of person who likes to ask many questions and address concerns. I could not have been more happy with the car, with the process, and with Ross/Royal Auto Dealer. He stayed as long as it took for us to sign papers, answer questions, and make sure I was 100% happy with the contract, even though the office had closed at least a couple hours prior. Incredible gentlemen at this business just from my one encounter with them. I will absolutely be referring as many people as I know who are in the car-buying market to take the trip to Royal Auto Dealer for all these reasons. Not to mention my car looks and runs beautifully without breaking my bank account. :) KUDOS and blessings to Ross, his family, and all the staff at Royal Auto Dealer. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the third new Nissan I bought this year, my 10'th Nissan, and my second Cube I have owned. It us a peppy little hauler. It is comfortable and has a lot of nice features. It is a great value. My wife was not sure about it when I suggested it, but once she drove it she was in love. Drive one and you will be impressed too.

I went in fairly early with my 16-year-old daughter to find her a new or lightly used car for her first vehicle. We were greeted early on by a young man named Joey and we described our situation and asked him to show my daughter some different options. I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee inside while he showed her some various options around the lot. I reconvened with them after about half an hour and took a look at the top options. Naturally there were a few that my daughter for whatever reason thought were in her price range that I instantly ruled out. Sorry kid, I love you a ton, but you can't be driving a car more expensive than your dads. We've whittled it down to three different options and will be returning this weekend with the wife/CFO to make the final decision. -Great facilities -Great selection -Great customer service I'll definitely be recommending this to our family friends, particularly as our kids are all about to be on the market for new wheels.

Looks can be deceiving, but it's huge on the inside. Very fun to drive and navigate through traffic and tight spaces. Lots of functionality and room to pack it up for a roadtrip. Very good visibility from a driving standpoint, and no complaints from the passengers either.

Best Dealership! I have been buying Nissans for over 25 years. Here is why- The people are friendly, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They listen and respond professionally. I know I have asked what I know must be silly questions to them but they never made me feel silly. I feel I have been treated fairly when purchasing a car with a trade in. But mostly because the service people go up and beyond what is expected. I didn???t realize that I had gotten to the dealership at closing. I think they had been closed when I drove up. I had a issue that had just happened and was concerned to drive back to the Lake. All three service personnel stopped what they were doing and looked at the car. I didn???t feel that they were rushing to leave but were concerned about fixing the problem so I would be safe. Did I mention it was Friday night. They all stayed 1/2 later after closing so I would be safe going home. I will continue to be a Nissan owner and buy from this dealership!

I live in NYC and parking can be a big headache here. I chose Nissan Cube because it is a very practical, zippy car to drive in crowded city traffic. Often I can park in spots where other drivers cant and it saves me time and money. it is a short car yet has a lot of room to transport your stuff. It saves yme money also at the Gas pump.

First time at this dealership as it is a bit further from where we live (Lakeville). However, Jason Newton was quick to assist us with the vehicle we were coming to view. He was very courteous and helpful in expediting everything from the test drive, the follow-up, and facilitating the vehicle purchase at the end of the day. Jason was incredible to work with. He was very helpful and considerate of our kids (chairs, snacks, etc.) and exhibited the utmost level of helpfulness and hospitality. My 2008 Honda Fit was a wonderful car! NEVER the first problem.... until I went for emission inspection this year. Apparently there was no "juice" so I went to Curry Honda. Josef Fraser was my service adviser. The news was not good. The repair could not be made at the receptacle and my car needed a new wiring hanger. $3K at the holidays is NOT a good expenditure. Josef was very sympathetic and tried his best to explain the situation. Very calm, attempting to instruct and explain how my car works under the hood. I chose to have the work done. BUT, the very next week my fuel coils (forgive my lack of car knowledge and terms) were not working properly. Another Thousand? We discussed my car worth and the expenditures and the fact that things were finally starting to show their age. Again, very calming and instructive. I was then walked over to discuss possibilities with Roy Neal, Sales Specialist. This man is very engaging and knowledgeable. He asked a few questions, sympathetically listened to my plight, then produced the car I would fall in love with! He did everything he could to reassure me, knowing that my expenditures were painful but worth it. I have now broken up with my previous car mechanics and will be coming to Curry Honda for my needs and any questions I may have. They are a great crew and really take the time to answer questions and make sure you are getting the best for what you need. Shout out to Chuck Hayden, Finance Manager, who showed me options for potential extended warranties as well as payment plans.

My wife, Donna, and I are in the new car market about every, oh, 15 years. Last fall we knew our current car was approaching its 15 birthday and it was time to find her replacement. Frankly, we had not decided on which brand - or size - vehicle we wanted (or would likely need) for the next 15 years, so our first voyage was more fact finding than anything. To be fair, we visited Malcolm Cunningham Hyundai in Lilburn, Georgia because it's close to our house and, not being a car person myself, I had not heard or read any horror stories about Hyundai vehicles. We were greeted by Maxx Nixdorf. Maxx spent the next (invited) hour with us answering all the questions we had as he offered advice on which vehicles we should look at based on our needs and conversation. We went for a test ride - and that's when the proverbial wheels fell off for us. Donna was taken ill and when I returned the test vehicle, I explained that I was not going to move forward until D was feeling better. Maxx wished us well and that was that. Pressure? What pressure - he was concerned for my wife - not in selling a vehicle. Unbeknown to Maxx, as we dealt with Donna's illness, I told her that once she was back on her feet - Maxx and Malcolm Cunningham was the man - and the dealership - from which we were going to purchase our vehicle. Six months later Donna and I returned to Cunningham and Maxx and ffound that not only had Maxx gotten a promotion, the man he recommended to assist us - Juan Thompson - had been Maxxs' mentor. Bottom line is Juan was every bit as great as Maxx and Donna and I are now the happy owners of a way cool Hyundai Santa Fe Sport (red). Lesson learned is not all car-purchasing experiences are typical and not all car dealers live up to their less-than-ideal reputation. Suffice to say, Donna and I think the world of Maxx and Juan and Cunningham Hyundai - and look pretty snazzy in our new ride. I've been taking my Acura TL for service since Honda Marysville's $39/39 minute deal can't be beat. I went yesterday, and for the first time, the line for an oil change was very long. I really needed it done, and luckily I brought some work with me to do while I waited. Jason was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. My wait was a bit over 90 minutes, and sure enough, they stood by their 39 minute guarantee. The work was done, my car was clean, and Jason made me feel like a valued customer. I have 2 Acuras and will only bring them here for service. A+!

I seriously love this car. I first spotted my Bali Blue car online for a good price and low miles. I spoke with the manager and was able to negotiate a better price. It all seemed to good to be true. However, when I first pulled up to the sales lot, I wanted to turn around and go home. It was easy to spot, no way was it blending in. I drive a midsize SUV and the Cube seemed like a joke by size. I kept thinking "matchbox" and "clown car" just by looking at the size. I wanted to cry, but i was told to at least look at the car, since we had driven so far to see it. I was skeptical even when I sat inside. Although it was roomier than I expected, I still worried that there wasn't enough space for passengers. To my surprise, there's way more room that you'd think by looking from the outside. I'm 5'3 and one of my passengers was around 6'0 tall, he sat in the back with no trouble. I began my test drive and was in love with the ride and the car in general. I became attached. There are a numerous amount of cup holders. There's a pretty distinctive pattern design in the interior of the Cube but it didn't bother me one way or another. I love the iPod connection and the bluetooth. The cargo area is not huge but I don't need a ton of room. I think the car is perfect for me and my quirky personality. I think my Cube is adorable and I don't have any complaints. The one thing I wish my Cube had is the interior lights beneath the dashboard and the rear camera. Nonetheless, I can't complain about this car. Initially, I just wanted a reliable and affordable car but I receive more. I was scared that I'd regret this purchase, but I feel as if I finally have a car that I love.

This car met all our needs. The kids were little when we first got it and there was plenty of room in the back for three children and in the front for two adults. It gets incredible gas mileage and people always look at it when you pass them because it's just a unique car design. I wanted to keep it for another 10 years however my children are now teenagers and it is no longer a good fit for all three of them in the back seat. Whichever kid sits in the middle is uncomfortable because there isn't enough leg room. So I would say this car seats four adults comfortably or two adults and three small children. I seriously am going to miss this car because I've never had one that was so cool before.

I'll admit it, I'm one of those people that over does the research, just how I function! I'm so glad I did!! After several weeks off looking around, not just dealerships in Virginia but surrounding states as well, I found my new FOREVER Dealership!! VALLEY SUBARU is the place to buy a vehicle !! ;-) To find such a place only 90 minutes from my house wasn't the best part but certainly didn't hurt. I started via email with Jessi, who is amazing! She was kind, knowledgeable and very timely dealing with my many questions. I'm again one who asks many questions. We struck a deal which I coincided fair after several days of corresponding. She and her manager had to look far and wide to find me what I wanted and within my price range. (I did in fact send the email deal she offered to two different Dealerships and they couldn't match The Valley deal.) A dealership did offer me a 10yr/100,000. mile warranty>> those are bogus as they don't cover anything>>> After market is NOT good. Subaru Certified warranty's are worth your money. YES this is where Dealerships make there money but with seven computers, two miles of wire and I'm not sure what else, is the reason for the first time in my life I've ever purchased an extended warranty. I have a 2003 Baja and never had need of the warranty but ya just never know now days. This Dealership is the best place I've ever purchased a new car. I'm the family member that make the deals on new cars, six different cars in the last 20+ years. I've walked out of Dealerships just before signing paperwork because I had a bad feeling. I've dealt with the ego thing, the let me explain how the motor functions thing, the assume you must not understand about cars because you're a woman thing when I've gone to buy a car ....NOT HERE Valley Subaru is a nice place from my experience with good, no pressure sales and I'm certainly going to recommend them to people I know. When I got to Valley I met Jessi and Frank. Frank did a great job of being the on the ground salesperson as Jessi is Internet Sales and Frank handles the actual test drive, paperwork and all my extra questions. I did go home with my 2017 Forester Limited. >>>>5 days later I have over 500 miles on my car after my first road trip. The car is smart, I've got plenty to learn. It drives like a dream. EYESIGHT is amazing and something that hasn't take me long to get used to, a MUST have and safety is always a MUST! The sunroof is the largest I've ever seen, almost the entire roof. There is plenty of cargo room. The seats are comfortable even for a shorter person like me. There is plenty of leg room for taller people too, very nice. I figured out the cruse control on the fly, really the only the way it can be done. After only 500+ miles I'm looking forward to MANY MANY more miles of comfort on the road. I'm the one with the shocked look on my face, (in the picture) Jessi is on my left. Frank from Valley and my Frank made this day fantastic!! Check out Valley in Staunton!!

My husband and I had been having overheating problems with our 2003 Civic. Another repair shop hadn't been able to solve the problem. Reluctantly, we tried Rahal Honda of State College, hoping the dealership might know the problems with the specific make better. But we didn't expect much, and we've never trusted dealerships. We've never had service done at one that wasn't for a recall and we've never bought a car from one. This experience blew us away! While waiting for the diagnostics to be completed, my husband inquired about buying a used car, since we thought the repairs would be too expensive. The salesman let him know about two cars they had that were the model we're interested in that weren't on the lot yet, even though they were less expensive options. They found the route of the problem, and on top of that, did a relatively thorough check of our car to give us a better idea of how long it can last, without our even asking! And this was after they would've known we were looking to replace if we couldn't get it fixed. On top of that, the repair estimate came in $300 LESS than the lowest we'd expected! They fixed the problem, replaced a couple other parts while they were in there at our request, and we think we'll get at least 5-7 more years out of this car! And I haven't even touched on their great flexibility with appointment times and shuttle service, since we only have the one car. We'll be back when it's time to get our next Honda!

I have always liked unique looking cars, so when I saw this one, I had to own it. Drove it for 9 years, put 129,000 miles on it and never had one single problem. Not one. Replaced the tires 3 times and put in a new battery, but maintained it regularly and she purred like a kitten. Unfortunately I got t-boned recently. Let me just tell all the nay-sayers that this little buddy held up like a champ. I took a hard hit and we all walked away. Side curtain airbags deployed and saved a lot of injury. I will miss her. She served me like a faithful friend.

The cube is roomier than you think. Rear seats lay down and move back and forth. I've hauled lots of stuff in it by laying down the back seats. It gets close to 30 mpg; Has a cool artsy look and offers a comfortable ride. The only negative is when driving on the interstate during high winds, it is kinda hard to steer.

Most efficient, cost effective and reliable car there is! The design and model is quirky, fun, and good. With a car seat/booster seat...can be tight for people sitting beside it but other than that, it's roomy. I use it for work and fun.

My car purchase transaction with Cannon Motors, and Mike Bettner specifically, was fantastic. I was looking for a car for my son and saw that they had a Mazda3 within my budget. Text and voice communications with Mike were timely, he always responded whenever I had a question. I was an out-of-state buyer (NJ) and he answered all my questions regarding the purchase. Price negotiation was quick but fair. Purchase process went smoothly. We had a little hiccup on the car after-purchase, but Mike addressed it immediately and took care of the issue quickly. Because of this experience, I continue to look at their website to see if any other cars interest me, because I know that Mike will take care of me.

Before I tell my story I just want to Say that Big Joe is amazing and I consider myself lucky to have worked with him. My day started with a 1.5 hour drive to the Auto Mile to look at some Honda Pilots at Big dealerships. At each one I was Cattle Prodded through their "process". No fun! Then a GREAT deal on a 2015 Pilot popped up on CarGurus. It was 20 miles away and at a used car dealer called Huggard & Ewing - wearily I left the big dealers and went to take a look - so glad I did! I met Big Joe right at the front door. Told him what I was there to see and he let me know it had just come in and was yet to be serviced for sale - they service all the cars before sale and Chris in service is super thoughrough. It turns out the car was three miles away and without knowing ANYHTING about me or my finances (and without trying to convince me to look at other cars on the lot) Big Joe grabbed the keys to a Lincoln and said "jump in, let's go see that truck". Joe and I wandered around and inspected the Pilot in the pouring rain then I took it for a drive, the truck was great and I put down a deposit with plans to pick it up 3 days later before a 10 day driving vacation. Joe and I also connected on a personal front as we determined during our drive our families have some mutual friends. The day before pick up I got a call from Joe who was concerned that when in Drive the differential lock feature (full time 4wd vs AWD) was not kicking in and he didn't want me to take the car until it was figured out. So, still under warranty it was off to Honda. I was leaving for 10 days the following day and expressed concern to Joe about the timing and deposit. He said "enjoy your vacation, the Pilot will be here when you get back, if you don't want it then you get your deposit back." It turned out that the differential was JUST FINE, Joe And I did not know it had to be in D2 verses Drive to kick in (basically only to be used if your stuck and need the low gear power and traction). Ok, we learned something and it was operator error :) The amazing thing is that Joe and H&E management held that perfectly ready (and incredibly priced) truck on the lot nearly 2 weeks until I returned! Not many (if any) used car dealerships would do that! Big Joe is honest, trustworthy, and truly a customer advocate - something that is hard to find in any profession! The rest of the team did great work on the vehicle and made sure EVERYTHING was great the day I arrived, Thanks to Chris and the whole H&E team. This is probably the third review I have ever written, but the team there deserves the props!
