Great customer service, a little disappointing

I was introduced to carvana by a Facebook ad. I really liked what I saw, but the closest vending machine was 600 miles away. I thought they definitely had a great idea, so I thought we'd try. Pretty easy buying process. They were very fair with trade in. Offered about $100 more than local dealer. Their 360 view definitely needs improvement. There were two noted items of damage on their condition analysis. While picking up the vehicle, it was raining and overcast. Once I got the car in the sunlight. There was a lot more notable damage, that wasn't mentioned. Quite a few more very noticeable scratches, chips and dings. Very surprised those weren't noted, but it was a used car so I didn't expect perfection. They really tout their 150 point inspection. My hood doesn't close correctly. I would have thought that would have been corrected. Kind if stinks, I'll have to pay the dealership to correct something that should have been corrected prior to delivery. I would have given only 3 stars for the above mentioned, but their outstanding customer service earned them 4. Their team of customer service reps truly make the buying process enjoyable. I can't say I'd recommend them to friends as we are far away from them, & the few disappointments we experienced. If they keep that high level of service and improve their vehicle condition reporting. This company could really revolutionize the used car industry.
