Quick, professional and pleasant experience. From the time I walked into the service center, until I walked out, I was treated like I was welcomed. Very few dealerships have created an atmosphere like this, and I look forward to continuing to use this dealership.
First of all, I'll say that everyone was very nice to us. However, every little detail about the sale took forever. I was there for hours on two different days trying to get the deal done. The finance director wouldn't budge on the price of the car & even tricked us into paying way more for it than I wanted to (even with a trade in)! I went back to see if I could remove the extra service agreement( $3,000)but they said it wouldn't make my monthly payments any lower. He was such a coward, he didn't even show his face or try to communicate with us after that. You're not that busy or special, hun. They only care about getting your money. Wolves in sheep's clothing...
I bought my used Ford Edge in another town. I brought it in to Riser Ford for an oil change/service. I expected a lot of upselling of other products/services while my car was being serviced. I didn't get that at all. The service department did explain what I needed and what they recommended but were careful to stay in my budget. I only want my car serviced at a place I trust. I'm definitely going back!
I shopped several large dealerships in the area and the quality of service that I received here was second to none, I have never had a manager so quickly come out and help and make us feel at home... I met the new and used car managers and they treated me like family!! the deal was fair and upfront. I may could have looked around the rest of the day and save a hundred or two but I really think the service I received from Mr Moss and Mr Hicks more then took care of the price!!! thank you so so much!!
I ?? McLarty of Benton!!! It is practically walking distance from my job. The guys there are super nice. Not only do they service my vehicle with great care & expertise, they are super fast too. I purchased my Pathfinder at McLarty of Little Rock where I felt like I was just another sale. I will forever be a loyal customer to McLarty of Benton, where I have a much better experience everytime I grace the doors. They make me feel special :)
This was the easiest car buying experience in my life. I live in Beebe, and work in Little Rock, so we did everything by text and email. Alexis was great to work with, they had me approved for financing, but I ended up getting a better rate through USAA, so I was pre approved. It might have taken an hour total to do the paperwork, and the only reason it took an hour is because I didnt have the paperwork faxed there before I got there.
I got a great price on the car and they worked my deal to make sure I could get a loan. I was upside down ont my trade, and they took a hit on their asking price to make the deal work. Alexis was easy to work with, and did a great job of making it all come together.
I will buy all of my cars through them from now on.
