My request-need was a little bit unusual and everyone handled it seamlessly. The technician was very good and handled my car with a high level of care. I didn't catch his name. The technician and service advisor deserve a raise or bonus!

I had a slow leak in my tire and drove over to Nissan to get someone to look at it without an appointment. They said they would check it out and to wait a while. Well there was a nail in the tire and Carmen Quatro repaired the puncture at no cost to me. A complimentart multi point inspection was also performed. This was awesome service for this Snowbird.
So I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and I can honestly say jay there is no other place I would ever go to service or buy and new car from. David Shinn in the sales dept is the best. I’ve teventky been looking into buying a new car and he’s been super patient and understanding with me. He’s easy to talk to and run numbers with with there being no pressure which is nice because I find it to be an already stressful situation. They’re all super professional and pleasant!
I came in for service, and while I was waiting for my car I spoke with a very nice sales person named Amanda. She asked me if I needed help and I told her I was just waiting for my car. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and after speaking with her for a while about some of the deals available right now on the new 2018 models, I decided to speak to my wife about upgrading into a new F-150. She helped me through the process and we love our new truck!
Great salesman; friendly, pleasant, very paitient, knowledgeable, great suggestions, made the shopping experience way better. The actual purchasing transaction took way too long to complete .
Cindy, as always, is very professional and knows her field. While this was a normal check up of the car, she made sure that it was in good shape when I came and picked it up. By that I mean she suggested the car needed its tune up, which I did not even think about.
The 2 issues. Every time, the last couple of years, I get service someone comes out from the dealer and asks if I want to trade in my car. This request is unsolicited and not asked for. Also, today, the day after the service I rec'd an e-mail from Auto Nation reminding me to service my car. It was just serviced.

From the moment Adam met us in the lot, the experience was a learning one. He is so knowledgable about the product I was interested in and he listened to what I wanted. He brought two cars up for comparison, knew the difference about each one, and there was no "dazzle-dazzle"! Extremely honest and forthright with his answers.
Everyone I came in contact with at this dealership was very friendly and helpful. Payne was my salesman and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very thorough in explaining all the wonderful features of my brand new Nissan Rogue.

By far won of my most best experiences purchasing a car! They really work with you for the best deal. I just purchased a 2015 Toyota Corrola and I love it. Highly recommend, never been to a dealership that have given me such a deal that they have given to me.
