My salesman Jim Herin was the best! Good communicator and always on top of things during the process. I bought my truck on line sight unseen. The photos were beautiful and Jim arranged all of the shipping to get it to me in Nebraska. Aside from needing to jump start the truck to get it off the moving trailer and then putting it on a charger it was just as advertised! I love it. I would work with Jim again when i need to get another vehicle. The finance department leaves something to be desired. I am still waiting on paperwork to prove i own the truck. Finance department is the only reason they did not get 5 stars.
My husband and I drove from St. Augustine to look at a truck. Although we could not come to an agreement on the price Thomas was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dealership was clean and fruelndly staff. Thanks for taking the time for us.

The service I received was fast and friendly! They also cleaned my car for me while they had it! This was something I was going to do later in the day. This saved me one stop in a very busy day before Thanksgiving getting stuff prepared.
I could not have had a better experience here! As a woman, I am always fearful of going to a dealership and I never felt anything but positive experiences. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and I never felt like I was entering a "good old boys club" like I have with most dealerships. I worked with Paul, Robert, and Levi and they were all very personable and laid back people. I have never had such a positive experience buying a car. They listened to all the things I asked for and never tried to push anything additional on me. I never felt any pressure to buy a car and their service was phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend to anyone! They do not work on commission which I think is a huge plus.

I loved my Xterra, and totally credit the safety features in it for walking away from an encounter with a deer on the Interstate. Sadly I needed to purchase a new car. I went here because of my experience with the sales & service departments. And I continue to return for service work.

I did alot of price comparsion and shopping before I decided to buy a Nissan. I called before going and Chuck Sinclair was the salesman who answered. He made time for me within hours. I drove home in a new Murano that day. I asked him a zillion questions. He was able to answer every question to my satistaction. There was no pressure whatsoever. If I owned a business I would have offered him a job. I asked him how long he'd been working in car sales and he said about 25. I left there with a stack of his business cards for referrals.
