It was a clean and nice dealership. However, the car I was looking at was too highly priced and even though I showed them other cars from other dealers with way lower prices, they wouldn’t negotiate. It was a waste of my time.
When shopping for a vehicle most know it's not an enjoyable process. Well I can say Herb Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I can easily say when it's time to shop again I will absolutely use Herb.
We were online car shopping and inquired about a vehicle. Within several minutes we were contacted by Lauren Bierria (client advisor). I was able to reach Lauren on the phone and we started chatting about the vehicle that I had inquired about. Long story short, we went the dealership, did a test drive, and bought the vehicle that my wife wanted. Lauren is easy to work with and he helped make buying this vehicle a pleasant experience. We would definitely deal with Lauren again. He is a nice guy and we enjoyed speaking with him.
As always, the employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. No matter how much I spazzed out on Jamel Mitchum during the process, I still left with a smile. This is the second car that I have purchase at Gwinnett Place Nissan, and I will always purchase my cars from them. Alex Ruiz (the finance Manager) was also great to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

Mark answered all of my questions on the car and took time to get some photos before I came in. The car was cleaned up, the oil was changed, and the gas was topped off prior to use taking delivery of the car.
Not only did they have an amazing deal on a 2000 mile old car, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and the car had an amazing CPO warranty.

I have taken my 9 year old Nissan vehicle to Sutherlin Nissan for the last 7 years for oil changes & any service issue. I would not consider taking my vehicle to any other service facility. I count always count on the service being performed correctly. There is a comfortable waiting area or there shuttle service will take you home, work or the mall. The service adviser team is friendly and knowledgeable. I value my relationship with Sherry Hosch. She is friendly, courteous & dependable. Sherry will go the "extra mile" to make sure you leave with a positive service experience and will call her when you vehicle is need for the next service.
I have purchased many cars in my life and it is something I have always dreaded. The traditional "car salesman" experience is horrible where you just don't know if they are acting with integrity. My experience at Regal Nissan made me realize I was just shopping in the wrong place. My salesperson, Jeremy Russell, took the time to explain everything to me, got me a great price, and changed my perception of a car salesperson. I absolutely love my new Rogue and I will be back to see Jeremy and the others at Regal for all my car needs.
We brought a vehicle we were tentatively thinking of purchasing for a pre-sales inspection. The service department team was able to point out multiple flaws with our vehicle that we would never have noticed. Being in a time sensitive situation for a new car, the service department called a salesperson, Daryl, over to help. We walked out of Regal with a better deal than the car we were thinking about purchasing in a little over 2 hours. What a wonderful, pressure-free environment! I found the exact package and color of Pacifica at this dealer. I contacted Frandoo, Internet sales manager at Countryside on the phone. We negotiated the price on the phone and I verified the existence of the vehicle by picture and VIN # he sent me. After I got to the dealer, the process of the purchase of the new Pacifica was smooth and easy. Frandoo was very knowledgeable and he took time to explain functions and operations of the vehicle. He did his best to make certain that the transactions go through without hitch. He is also courteous. Even days after the sale, I had certain concerns, and he put efforts to address the issues instead of just referring to service department.
Financial department did excellent job in processing the purchase documents as well.
Overall, this was one of the best experiences of new car purchase that I had over past 4 decades. Even though Countryside in Jackson, GA is a small dealer, they are head and shoulder above the big fancy dealers in Atlanta. I highly recommend Countryside and Frandoo Jean for the next car purchase.
