When I started my search for a new vehicle on line, Alexis was very helpful in getting me the information I needed to make an informed decision. I asked her not to overwhelm me with phone calls, text messages, etc. and she didn't. She simply provided the information I needed and told me when I was ready to contact her. Once I arrived at Global I worked with Riley who had a good energy about him and was very accommodating in showing me a few vehicles that I was interested in. We did a test drive, worked out pricing and I left there with my new 2019 Chevy Equinox. Overall a great experience. I have bought vehicles from Global before and will continue to go back in the future.
This is our second Rogue we purchased from Irfan. In the world of car salespeople, he is the only we've come across that is direct , Honest and doesn't play the games most car salespeople play. He wasn't condescending and he treated me with respect. Being a woman, I have not been taken seriously at other dealerships which I recently shopped. My husband and I can't say enough good things about Irfan. If you are shopping for a Nissan look no further ... Go to Irfan!!!
Buying a car is not something most people enjoy including myself. I have to say that the employees at Bridgewater Nissan especially Irfan & Seth made the process a breeze. Even from the first time I called & spoke with Richelle on the phone, the customer service was excellent & that is what made me decide to drive over 100 miles to see what their dealership had to offer. I had been to other dealerships & been treated like a number. With Irfan & Seth it was different, they made you feel good because they were willing to work with you on the pricing, even though their pricing is the best I've seen out there. For myself, I loved the fact that they were not pushy, I work in a customer service industry as well & I don't like to be a pushy sales person. Irfan was very informative, answered my questions & ultimately let me make my own decisions & I am grateful for his help along the way. I have had a Nissan for the past 10 years & thanks to the great staff at Bridgewater Nissan I will continue to support the Nissan brand. This experience was the best car experience I've ever had & it was definitely worth the drive. Thank you!!
Marvin is the man for excellent customer service. He promptly attended to my need and addressed all of my concerns. Lou was also exceptional in his assisting me with acquiring extended warranties on my used vehicle.

Did an internet purchase on an 09 Murano and at pickup found out the car didn't have all I asked for and was promised. I was livid because the original process had been great and felt I had been taken advantage of. Got in contact with Tom Wall, Manager and he searched high and low for the car I wanted. When he couldn't find the 2009 he got me a 2010 Murano at NO ADDITIONAL COST with all the options I originally wanted. In my opinion he went WAY above and beyond to make sure they made it right. I'll be a long time customer at DCH Freehold Nissan. Also, they have a great guy, John, who shows you all the options in the car and how each works....really friendly, really funny and very knowledgable. It's worth buying a car there just to meet him - he's teriffic!
Stumbled upon this Nissan dealer after a few failed attempts with other dealers. Was greeted with positivity, smiles, and the attention and support that I needed. One of the sales people, Ed, worked tirelessly for hours showing me different cars and finally found me a car that best suited my needs: low mileage, the color I wanted, and the style I requested, while being extremely generous with my trade in. Couldn't have asked for a better salesperson and dealer. Will definitely be recommending this to all I know and returning for more cars!
My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that we still had 3 lease payments to make on our Altima. We were greeted By Sales Associate Tim Kaplan, He asked what our intentions were & explained our options in depth. He was very patient & very knowledgeable in regard to the Rogue models as well as the amenities & trim levels that were available. We spent a good 45 minutes to an hour looking for a vehicle and then test driving one. We did not expect to take a Rogue home that night, however after negotiating with Tim and then with the store manager Tyler Forzani getting involved, we decided to lease our vehicle that night. A very nice experience and both Tim & Tyler were wonderful to deal with. I did not get involved in the financing portion of the transaction as my wife handled that part. However, she said that the finance manager Pete S. was very friendly and helpful while explaining all of the transaction details also. While I waited for the vehicle to be readied for delivery I spent time chatting with another very friendly sales associate Charlie Gheya. All were concerned with our needs and very professional ; all around nice guys. Would purchase here again. Thanks Guys !!! Al T.
Everyone was really accommodating. Made the whole experience enjoyable. I was able to drop my guard after about 30 minutes when I realized the other shoe was not going to drop. I would highly recommend them.
Just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee here, It was probably the best buying experience I've had buying a car from a dealership. They are quick, don't make you wait around long hours and the kindest people work here. I had Consatine as my salesmen and he was awesome! He didn't rush me while cleaning out my car and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the response from the banks. The cars here are pristine, I was so happy to come here after seeing horrible cars from other dealers. Consatine was also awesome with helping make sure I got into the car I truly wanted and was patient with me when I kept asking to see other vehicles.
I will definitely be back in the future for my next vehicles
I got a great deal on my 2017 Nissan Rogue that I purchased at Nissan 46. I dealt with Rick and Anthony they teated me with respect and honesty. The process was a little long but I am hapoy with the outcome.

I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise!
