Felt unwelcome, as nobody cared! No one meet at the entrance, had to find someone who can help. Took 3 hours to change oil, got a package with a car wash and after 2 hours the car wasn’t washed. Took another 45 min to do so.
Hire more staff and train on customer service!
I thought fishing the wheel bearing would get rid of the noise. But it didn’t I was told I need new brakes however noise happens even when brakes are not applied. Definatley coming from left side of car?
We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
She made the experience fun. A real person to connect with. Felt like I had a friend backin me up. The test drive was what sold me. She has a favorite route that goes around a lake with some nice curves.
Tom sold me my car about a year ago and I'm still amazed at Tom and Tynan's commitment to excellent customer service. I continue to recieve nothing but professional and quality assistance from Tom and the dealership. Anytime I need to come in for an oil change, or most recently a tire check, I have been greeted and treated like their number one customer! Tom has such a great personality and professional approach, Arnie is always more than willing to help out and always very knowledgeable and professional as well. I would recommend Tynan's to anyone I know and would encourage everyone to ask for Tom! You won't be disappointed!

Long story short; we'd just moved to the US from the UK so had no credit history here. My Uncle who lives in the US was able to co-sign so we were able to get a decent rate (nowhere near the 21% - AutoNation had quoted us!). Our salesman Casey was great - he seemed trustworthy and honest from the outset and was throughout the whole process - he set up the whole Co-Signing thing with no fuss, even though my Uncle was actually on holiday in Europe. All it took was a five minute phone call and he did the rest. Other dealers were saying it couldn't be done while he was out of the country, some were saying he'd have to do an online application which would take him 90 mins. These guys, by their own admission, are not one of the big names when it comes to dealers but one of the many advantages of this is that they can be that bit more flexible and don't have to 'sell cars via a script'. We got a fair price for the car, their finance guy was good - obviously has some established links with banks/lenders as was able to get us a rate we were very happy with. Casey was great - extremely professional, no hard sell, certainly new the car we were buying inside and out and he's been at the dealership for sometime which counts for a lot, All in all, I'd definitely buy a car from Honda of Greeley again and it was nice to not have the usual nightmare dealer experience.
I talked to Casey through email and phone before coming in to buy the car. During our remote communications, he was very friendly and tried to get us a competitive price for my car. I believe I received a good price, plus the 7 year (or 100,000 miles) powertrain warranty helps! The day the car arrived, Casey texted me some pictures of it. He also stayed past his regular scheduled hours to present the car to us when we arrived to pick it up! Casey made sure to explain everything about the car as well. Overall, great guy to buy a car from.

We purchased our THIRD car for our family from Peppe and Ari at Highline Motors. I wish I can rate them as a 10 star service, 5 star does not seem fair for the SUPERIOR service, SUPERIOR patience and SUPERIOR delivery on our 2014 Toyota Tundra ( we also purchased a Mercedes 300 class and a BMW from Highline Motors in the past 4 years). The service department with Reed as a manager is EXCELLENT as well. We were treated with UTMOST COURTESY, PROFESSIONALISM and INTEGRITY!!! Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I hate the car buying experience is always a pain, but our sales person Julio made everything super easy and fun, plus he's super knowledgeable he knows the Nissan product up and down. Thanks for everything JULIO!!!
Everyone was very pleasant! The entire buying process was relaxed and we did not feel pressured at all! Steven took his time helping us find the right car for our needs.
