First of all, I'll say that everyone was very nice to us. However, every little detail about the sale took forever. I was there for hours on two different days trying to get the deal done. The finance director wouldn't budge on the price of the car & even tricked us into paying way more for it than I wanted to (even with a trade in)! I went back to see if I could remove the extra service agreement( $3,000)but they said it wouldn't make my monthly payments any lower. He was such a coward, he didn't even show his face or try to communicate with us after that. You're not that busy or special, hun. They only care about getting your money. Wolves in sheep's clothing...
Quick, professional and pleasant experience. From the time I walked into the service center, until I walked out, I was treated like I was welcomed. Very few dealerships have created an atmosphere like this, and I look forward to continuing to use this dealership.
I visited your dealership last week and Lee Richardson was the salesman that waited on me. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he showed me. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. When I am ready to make my purchase I will contact Lee and buy from him.

When we purchased our vehicle, I was a little frustrated with a couple of minor things. Ms. Tracy , from the dealership , called me and apologized for the oversight. She was very friendly and sincere. They had a very busy day on the day we were there and was running behind. I sincerely appreciated her taking time to call me and making things right, in a world of customer service being a thing of the past, it is nice to know that Superior really does care about the customer.
