Mike Kowalski and the general manager Paul were relaxed, friendly and professional. Mike also was dependable in resolving a minor issue. ( Not all preowned places are. ) Very happy with the car. They actually pre-service all their cars with any needed maintenance repairs ( ours needed new brakes ), rather than just sell as-is. A 3000 mile dependable warranty distinguishes this servicing benefit, and makes the purchase a more reliable and comfortable one.

Purchased a CPO 370Z two days ago. The buying experience with Senior Sales Consultant Norbert Rivera could not have been better. He accompanied me on an extended test drive and, the next morning, picked me up at home half an hour from the dealership to take me to take possession of the car. Norbert gets 6 stars, and the other people in the dealership were friendly and helpful. Until the signing of the final paperwork with Business Manager Matthew Manuele. There was nothing complicated here. The price and the final punch list had already been agreed to, and I was paying cash. The problem arose when Matt started pushing an expensive extended warranty. His approach was an obsolete hard sell approach, and he very definitely did not want me to go home and think about whether I found it worth while. I finally had to tell him "back off," and when he didn't I simply said "No!" In the end he apologized and I accepted his apology, but that did not do much to remove the sour taste he'd created.
When I went to the store I was introduced to Steve Papadakos he was upfront, friendly, abd cared about my next car. I???ve been leasing cars gor over 25 years and this by far the best experiance I have ever had!!!!! If youe looking at a Nissan ask fir Steve Papadakos for a great experiance a d the best deal in the tri-state area!!!
Buying a new car can be very nerve racking and stressful. David Reyes-Guerra made me feel special, important, and above all relaxed enough to enjoy the experience and my new Rouge. I was nervous when I first came in but felt like family when I left. I came to the showroom because I always used the service department and they always did such an expert top notch job on my cars. I drove from outside of Connecticut to purchase a truck at Greentree Toyota. Throughout the whole process the staff at Greentree were very knowledgeable and willing to help. With me coming from out of state there was some extra work that had to be done on my end, that I never had to do on purchasing a vehicle before. Everyone at Greentree Toyota was sympathetic to all the extra work I had to do on my end to make this deal possible and therefore gave me a great deal right off the bat that did not require any haggling over to attain.
My husband and I went in to Middletown Nissan to see a 2017 Infiniti QX70 that was on Cars.com. I was apprehensive because my car that I owned was still fairly new and in excellent condition but have always loved the QX70 so went to see. Needless to say, we left with the car.
The process was very relaxed. Our Sales Representative, Kaylen Torres was very helpful and did not push at all knowing I was struggling with the decision to trade in my car. During the buying process, we were asked what they could do for us to finalize the decision of buying the new car. Honestly, that was the first time I have experienced that at a car dealership.

Saw a car online, called the store 20 minutes before it closed on a Saturday. Worked out a fair deal on the car. Paid for the car and it received in better condition than I expected. Hats off to Paris, Tom and the crew. This will surely be top of the list my searches when it's time to add a new car to my family.
Very rare to have a deal not quite work out, yet still walk away feeling great about the experience. Sparing the boring details of my transaction, all I can say is, buy with confidence and rest assured after you buy. No doubt this will be one of the first places we search when it's time for add a car to our family. Kudos Shelby and Santino, service personified and tremendous follow up.
My experience here was amazing! I am not a particular fan of dealerships of any kind, however after reading multiple good reviews online and being in need of a lightly used new car, I headed for George Harte Nissan in West Haven. I was met at the door by Eli G. who listened to my needs, showed me several cars and the third one was the charm - exactly what I was looking for in the perfect price range for my budget. Eli went above and beyond to insure I was well taken care of through the process and even went so far as to check in with me a few days after driving my car off the lot to make sure all was well - wow, not even my doctor does that! After choosing my new car, Eli handed me over to Mike M., who not only took care of all aspects of my loan but was able to find one that was reasonable despite some financial challenges on my end. Jay was also great, really nice people all the way around. I was so impressed with my experience and so pleasantly surprised, I will never go anywhere else to buy a car!

I cannot say enough positive things about my car buying experience at Harte. I worked with Larry to purchase a used Nissan Rogue, and he and Paul bent over backwards to work out a deal for me. They were patient, flexible, responsive, and at no point did I feel any pressure. This was a great buying experience!
Wow...what a relief!
I was driving home yesterday in my 2014 Infiniti Q70, when I took corner at slow rate of speed, I glanced in my rearvew mirror and observed a vehicle who apparently would have liked to take turn at faster pace. As I looked forward again I heard pop...and immediately saw passenger side mirror ??? Not normal....as a car fanatic ...lol...lover I ...said ...shoot..lol
To clarify I knew ...I didn't hit people or property because had clear view as making turn.
Anyhow to get to point ....pulled over checked side of car ...looked fine ...knew I couldn't do much on side street ...so quickly decided to just use scotch tape I had in glove box, to tape assembly ...mirror (which was intact)...address nightmare...lol...I take pride in keeping my car mint...and I think most car lovers would agree ...until restored ...issue fixed
As I was driving rest of way home...seeing taped mirror started bugging me...I know just a car ...could be worse...I'm probably a little shallow...lol
And I know this is review of service department at county line Nissan ...but I think background is relavant to why I'm so thankful to have trusted dealer ...service advisor.
So obviously I'm anxious to get mirror fixed...quickly.
Now the cost to diagnose repair...could I do myself...autobody ..dealer (which is hour drive)...
Thought about whether to put in claim with insurance company ...kind of quickly ruled that out ...quite sure I have 1000 comp and collision deductible ..
Not to cry poverty but new I had very little ...64.14...lol

Very tired when I got home so decided to forget till tomorrow morning.
Got up early and did some research on side mirror repair...glass, entire unit etc etc...
Was feeling a little better ...rested ...and happy that glass and unit seemed to be intact...hadn't inspected fully yet but seemed better than some examples in research ...where glass and or whole unit dangling or broken....learned that adhesive ...locktite glue is used to adhere glass to plastic plate on top of mechanism ..,
Thought about buying some ...where to buy...if after further inspection I thought I could try repairing myself ....
Then self doubt set in ...lol...would I make it worse ...would glass fall off
I needed wanted professional help! For my car..lol
Without sidetracking much further ....I thought of dealer, county line Nissan ...which I have used for all maintenance ....and absolutely love.
But, as I am housesitting for friend....was about hour away.....but decided they were my best shot to get straight best course of action ...for temporary fix ...and/or options for complete repair .
All right I'll get to point!
Get there...first in line...Quinn, Service Operations Manger gives me red carpet greeting as usual ...quietly listens to my sob story ....right out of gate comforts me with best case scenario ....oh sometimes they /glass just pop off....been to many other dealers who ????
Alright I'll finish ....
So kind considerate professional ....says go relax in service area ...as he himself is peeling off scotch tape ...I'll take a look and be right in....within 5 minutes he comes in and says your all set.....
Now you know why I dragged you through all the superfluous background ...can you imagine how happy I was/am:):)

Over the last five years I have had multiple issues with my nissan sentra. Last month my transmission went on the car and the total of repairs was more than I left to pay on the car. I was extremely irate due to all the issues this car has caused. The old manager that I dealt with repeatedly told me there was nothing he can do. I stopped going to Nissan because I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere. I decided to deal with them one more time. The managers name now is Gino and he was polite, helpful and understanding. I was extremely satisfied with his customer service and how he handled my entire situation. I am appreciative and thankful for Gino and Nick who did the work on the car. Not only did he solve the problem, but in a timely matter. I would recommend Nissan Middletown service center as well as Gino and Nick for all servicing needs.
