This was my second purchase here and it was the best experience i have ever had by a new car of any other dealer. Craig was our salesman and he made the process a breeze could not ask for better service. Will be back the next time i purchase a vehicle.
Jan Vanveen did a great job in the service department! Jan was very professional and communicative while my car was in the shop. I have dealt with the other Nissan service departments/dealerships on the St. Louis side and this dealership is well worth the short drive to Illinois.

Our salesman was knowledgeable and the facility was nice. He did a great job of juggling two customers during most of our interaction.
My initial reaction though, was that this may be the most 'car-salesy' dealerships I have ever had a first hand experience with. We visited on a Friday evening with plenty of traffic on the lot and in the showroom.
I can't remember how many times I was told that they aren't like other dealers and of their transparency - I'm not sure if they were trying to convince me or themselves.
We set the expectation that we were just there to look at a couple of vehicles on their lot and were not at the buying stage. I never felt pressure to buy and they did provide all of the standard information and paperwork you would expect. All of that being said, I still had to ask for my car keys, which they had from the trade-in evaluation, three times on our way out the door.
For people that do buy from this dealership, be prepared to play the game. The number of times the salesmen leave the table to check in with the sales manager was outstanding to watch.
We went to several closer dealerships before buying our Jeep from Federico. It was worth the drive. Larry Burch in sales and Devin Blazier in management were great to work with. We will go back to Federico when we need another vehicle.

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Marcus & Matt were top notch! Our transaction was quick & easy. We got the exact new Rogue in our preferred color & options for not a penny more than price we wanted to pay. Everything from intial negotiation to signing the finance terms was extremely transparent and upfront. Would recommend!
