I came into Deland Nissan and they were very helpful. The customer service lady was super professional. She had a mechanic test drive my car and fix the problem without a service charge. Our experience with getting our new Maxima from DeLand Nissan was exactly 180 degrees from all of our former buying experiences. From the time we first spoke with Jennifer Ruch, our sales representative, till we drove out a short time later the whole event was was outstanding and professional. We didn't just walk into the DeLand Nissan store and buy the car, we shopped price and not only did they have the best price, their whole attitude was superior to the other dealers and when we went to their store there were no tricks, double talk or additions to the price quote Jennifer had given us. The paper work involved with what is our first leased vehicle ever was very extensive, but Ryan with their financial team made to seem simple and effortless. We love the Maxima and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fun, good handling, good performance vehicle and we would would highly recommend that you contact DeLand Nissan to check one out. Over the past month, maybe two, I've gone to Deland Nissan about four times to eyeball what I liked and could afford. On request, none of the salespeople were pushy and I sincerely appreciate that because I wasn't looking to buy until September'ish. But it was with my third visit that I encountered a SALES CONSULTANT, not salesman, named Anthony Santiago. It was on that day that I was asked (gently coaxed, if you will) if I'd give him a few minutes of my time to have my trade looked at AND a brief overall of my desired vehicle. I agreed and then over the next few days Anthony followed up with a couple of calls to advise- not solicit- what the inventory was. Incredibly the dream vehicle became available, we hadn't originally even discussed that time of vehicle because I just knew it to be outside my budget. But for the fact that Anthony knows his product and has a no pressure technique, I'm riding great. I'm ecstatic and totally in love with my car.

I called the service dept. today to inquire about a repair...The female service person was extremely rude and short with her questions. I eventually hung up and scheduled the work elsewhere.
Management needs to explain to this person, that keeping customers is how a business grows.
I'll never buy there again.
This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. John Powell at Deland Nissan was exceptional. He was very professional and friendly, he listened to our needs, and he didn't use a high-pressure sales approach, which we experienced at other local dealerships. He quoted a fair price for the truck, and worked with us on the value of our trade in. Ryan Hopkins was also very professional and friendly, and he walked us thru the financing and made the process quick and painless. My wife and I had to drive a little farther to this dealership, but it was well worth it, and we will definitely buy another car from this dealership in the future.
The process of buying this car was the most pleasant and interactive experience I have ever had when negotiating for a car. David was helpful, engaged, and a great listener. Unlike previous experiences he was not pushy or condescending. A pleasure to work with.
Been going to Deland Nissan for over 10 years now, have purchased vehicles, leased a vehicle, sold back a vehicle to them and every experience has been professional and pleasant. Bought my first Deland Nissan from Ken when he was in internet sales, now he has rightfully so moved up in the business, it was the way he treated me over 10 years ago that has kept me coming back and my most recent purchase which was handled by David was handled will continue to bring me back to the dealership. In fact, I already have plans and told them so, that I will be back in two years to purchase my son's first vehicle. Great people, great dealership, great service department, and will always recommend them to others.
In September I started researching a new car to buy. I owned a Nissan Xterra that I purchased new in 2006. It has been a great car so my first stop was to the Nissan dealership. Aaron was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and finding out exactly what I was looking for. I told him I was just looking and not ready to buy yet. He didn’t pressure me but explained about the promotions at that time, took my information and offered to stay in touch. He would call or text me every couple of weeks to let me know when they had the car I was interested in.
After checking other cars and dealerships, I decided to purchase a Nissan Rogue. I am thankful to Aaron for keeping in touch and letting me take time to make my decision. He found the perfect car for me and then introduced me to Ray, Sales Manager who helped me through the next process.
Ray was so helpful. He really worked to get everything that I wanted and the price I needed. They were very busy but Ray never rushed me and took a lot of time to explain things. He walked me through the whole process. I had a few questions after I bought the car and he called me back immediately to answer them. He was always friendly and never acted like I was bothering him. Buying a car is not always a fun experience but this time it was. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Ray and Aaron!
There are so many good things to say about Brian San Pedro. He truly cares about his customers by listening to what their needs are, and then delivering it to them on a silver platter. He???s extremely knowledgeable, and isn???t the stereotypical, high-pressure, salesman - his goal is to make sure you leave the dealership happy. If you are looking to buy a car then you should absolutely go to Bill Ray Nissan and ask for Brian San Pedro!

I bring all my insurance jobs here to the service center. John the manager of service is very helpful and works soooo hard. I feel safe having him take care of my car. Fred and Erica and Leon are so very nice as are the rest of the workers in service. You are a great bunch of people. Thank you so much.
Brian SanPedro is a fantastic salesman. He is very knowledgeable in the Muran we purchased. He knew every bell and whistle. His best attribute is, he listens to each question and either knew the answer or where to go to find the correct answer. We were very pleased with him and will recommend him to all my friends. The only criticism we had was with the finance person. He did not listen! He did not do as we requested. His main goal was to try and sell us an extended coverage, that we did not want or need. Additionally, we tried to put another $2500.00 down on our purchase and he did not do this for us. We were most disappointed with the finance person.
My daughter was looking for her first new car and they had the time and patience to let us test drive and ask many questions. I They answered all her questions and we are going back next week to buy one.
I had service for an issue I was having, Service Advisor DC Graham was awesome, he was so patient and skilled, he also noticed there was a recall on the ignition switch and quickly advise the technician to look into that, it was not faulty but the fact that DC caught that Nissan had a recall on that part was soooooooo awesome, it was the safety of me and my family should that switch was bad. thank you DC!!
I brought my car in for regular service and oil change and had a great experience. It took less than an hour, even without an appointment.
