Car is super comfortable, with an easy shifting 6 speed manual transmission, great grip on the road and has plenty of power. The interior is beautiful and very comfortable. The black on black looks amazing as well. The 4 wheel drive is great on slippery and muddy terrain. Love it!

We have bought 5 Hyundais, one Honda and my father has bought a used pickup truck as well. I can't speak to the Honda service center as I have not used it, but the Hyundai service is top notch and easy to setup times. Chuck Mawby is absolutely excellent and I would recommend him to anyone. Also excellent is Chris Flaten as he has been our sales guy for years and is always professional, well versed in the vehicles he sells and is honest. He works to sell you the car YOU need, not necessarily the most expensive. I HIGHLY recommend Ken Vance Motors and be sure to ask for Chris Flaten for sales and Chuck Mawby for Hyundai service.. Worth asking for them specifically...
My experience would have received 5 stars, unfortunately my Internet Sales Associate was the reason it only received 4 stars. I travelled almost 2 hrs to see, test drive and ask questions about the Nissan Altima I purchased. Upon arrival the sales associate was friendly, firm handshake and all. After speaking with the Financial Manager and discussing my plans of making a cash payment but needed to take a few days to think about the purchase, the sales associate's entire demeanor changed. He had no words for me as I was leaving and barely wanted to shake my hand. He acted as if I were nothing and because I did not make the purchase on that day he had nothing else to offer me as for RESPECT. I decided the next day to make the purchase. I dealt with the financial manager instead of the sales associate and stated that if I could have my way the associate WOULD NOT RECEIVE ANY COMMISSION off the purchase. Thank You D. Minyard(Financial Manager) for your professionalism as for your Internet Sales Associate I would not recommend anyone to make a purchase through him. Thank You.

I thought we had a deal. Painstakingly went over the vehicle features of a Frontier S, price, down payment and financing remotely (via phone, email and text). But after traveling over 100 miles to finalize a deal...was informed that the Nissan dealership would not honor the sales incentives previously agreed to and given on the Nissan USA website. The Nissan USA claims representative to resolve the issue was completely ineffectual citing that financing issues were individual dealership decisions...even though the financing incentives were indicated on the Nissan USA website.
In my grief, I needed to sell my husband???s Titan truck. He passed away 6 mos. ago. I just didn???t want to deal with trying to sell to the public for fear of scams, etc.. I spoke to Ryan in the parking lot and he took me under the wing with compassion. As I waited during the process, He kept checking on me and offering water during the process. He did whatever possible to make it easier for me and comforting. I greatly appreciated this. Several other employees were very kind in coming up to speak a short message to me. All were so kind. God told me in 2 different ways to bring the truck here. Now I know why. I was taken care of very well.
The service reps were very courteous and professional Aaron Newman is very attentive, professional, and cares about customer satisfaction. He reviewed my concerns, took time to explain things to me and made sure the courtesy car arrived on time.
Came in to replace battery and service rep or supervisor, (not really sure), was very quick and courteous. I was out with only 15 minutes or so. I love how you don???t need to make any appointments for any service.
I went to numerous dealers over the past few months. Most of them have been nightmares. From the second I walked in the employees were friendly and helpful. The truck I got was so much more then I expected. But I basically got a new truck . They worked with me and helped me figure out the best plan for me. I'm glad I chose to go to this dealership. I would definitely recommend it.
I had a great experience with Jay. No hassle no haggle told him what I needed he got back to me quickly and we got my own daughter her first car. Was a great shopping experience pain free when buying a car is definitely a luxury. Thanks Jay
