We have been a long-time customer of Pine Belt Nissan and there's a good reason for that - they are very straight-forward, honest, nice, hard-working people. Bought a new 2010 Sentra in 2009 and the service department kept it going for 8 years and 147000 miles. Unfortunately, a major repair needed to be done on the Sentra that would have been more than the cost of a down payment towards another car. Pine Belt was our first stop and the Certified Pre-Owned Rogue was the desired car. On the first visit, there were not many to choose from (which I take as both a good thing and a bad thing!). However, after a few weeks (most notably, after their 4th of July sales), we came back and choose one of their CPO Rogues (2015, S model). Bob was very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process! We agreed on a fair price for both the Rogue and the trade-in value for the Sentra (which Mike was very instrumental in - he gave us the same price that a car junkyard was going to give for it). Bob clearly explained the Nissan certification process as well as the warranty that comes along with it. Once we shook hands on the car, the finance department was also a good experience. At first, we weren't going to take the extended warranty but after thinking about the fact that the car is used, we were able to negotiate a fair price on the extended warranty as well. Ultimately, the total cost of the warranty would pay for itself in one major repair. After the paperwork was all said and done, Bob had the car washed and detailed and we were on our way!
