took longer than it was suppose to but had a free loaner car so all was good they did find more wrong with my car than i initially took it in for but all was under warranty but one of the things that needed fixed in the first place was missed and had to make another trip back to get that fixed
Courtney is the best in service! She is quick, efficient, responsive, honest, helpful and caring! It is always easy to schedule and get quick and good service. Courtney calls right back if I miss her and I'm always delighted with the job she does for us! I would choose Sunshine Toyota just so I could work with their service department!
I found the car I wanted online, the only problem was that I lived 4 hours away from the dealership. I shared with Cory Wohlford that I couldn't make multiple trips and needed everything to be easy and turn key and he did exactly that. Cory worked with me on the phone and by email to get everything taken care of.
I wish this dealership was in my community.
Stopped at Cole Nissan to browse for a new car and was greeted by one of the nicest most genuine car salesman . Kyle was friendly, never pushy and help us find the exact car we wanted . Everyone at the dealership was great, they made the experience of buying a new car painless ! Highly recommend!
My son bought his first car this past January from Seelye and they found the perfect car for him. A few weeks ago he hit a deer and the car was totaled. Khristian got the cars he was interested in testing out very quickly and then took us very smoothly through the loan process. Len helped us with the financing, claim info and pay offs as well as getting the refund for unused GAP and Warranty. My son is even happier about the new car but hopefully we wont have to be back a 3rd time any time soon for him.
I just bought a vehicle from Jake Shook at Ziegler Ford, Plainwell Mi. It was an excellent experience in every way. Jake is very detail oriented, honest and excellent to work with. Liz in finance did a great job too. I will defiantly go back to Jake when we need more vehicles.
Grandson bought his first car.
2017 focus 8000 miles from Ziegler. He is eighteen. Father lost in army.
I helped him by phone. I trusted these guys to play it straight because of reputation and my interview of used car manager.
All went just right. My grandson moved to Texas. Austin. Engine blew. Local dealer Maxwell Ford tried to charge him $6500.00 to fix it. Would not file warranty claim. I called Rob Carrol at Ziegler asked for help. He coordinated with Mike the service director and the owner Harold Ziegler. They tried to help with this dealer. Maxwell's service director Jim May would not help. $6500 that was it!
Ziegler sent a truck to pick up the car in Texas and brought it back to Plainwell Mich. to their dealership. Filed a warranty claim with Ford motor company. New motor installed No charge. Zieler covered transporting the car from Austin Tex. to Michigan because they said it was the right thing. That's leadership and customer commitment in my book.
