Purchased a 2016 CRV from Honda last month and the battery died Wednesday morning. The Service Department sent someone to jump my car and after testing and discovering my battery was both in poor condition and my car was still under warranty they installed a new battery. They also helped me track down and figure out why it had died that morning (operator error). They were very nice and significantly changed my rather negative opinion of the Dealership.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Sean and Jim are always a pleasure to work with. They make the transaction simple, quick and painless especially with Danny in Finance to wrap things up. Jon Taylor the GM is always the perfect gentleman and makes his clients feel valued.

My positive experience was due to working with Nigel Erickson, the salesman. I spent weeks deciding, and trying cars. I purchased a car and decided to upgrade and he took the time to find me the car I wanted buried behind others cars, in a storm, at night and at a different location. He was always positive, helpful and professional . I got to know him a bit over time and found he has big heart. The dealership is quite lucky to have him. He has worked in a caring profession in the past, taking care of others, but now he is a salesman. The skills carried over because his big heart is obvious. I felt appreciated as a customer and a person. I wasn't treated as less because I am a female purchasing a car. I felt valued and it made me want to continue working with CARR in the future. Purchased a certified GMC Sierra. Staff was great and love the truck. The only negative was that the truck only had 1 key / key fob. Sales staff said they would look for 2nd key but eventually sent me to parts to buy another key and was quoted $160... Would have been nice for the staff to pick that up since we just spent a ton on a nearly new truck.
My Canyon broke down 700+ miles from home. Dealership went out of their way to fix and return my truck so that I didnt have to extend my stay including staying late on a Friday to complete repairs. Thus, I was able to pick up my truck early Saturday AM. I am very grateful for and appreciative of their efforts.
On this last visit it was all about an oil change. I booked an appointment and I was out of there within 45 minutes from my appointment time. They have a great waiting area.
I have a Duramax Diesel Engine. When I bought my Vehicle from them I bought lifetime oil changes for about $900. In reality that is 10 oil changes on my beast. My truck uses 11 quarts of oil and that also includes topping off the DEF and Oil filter. So, I was very happy about purchasing this service.
