After thinking about getting a new/used car for about a month, I went into Kia on a Saturday *just to look* at 2016 Optimas, and to check out the new Niro. I was disappointed to hear that the Niro arrival date was still unknown and since it was beyond my price range, it seemed pointless to drive it. I then test drove a couple of very nice Optimas, but kept seeing the Souls and was really intrigued, so I test drove one. I'm a fairly short person and the Soul was so comfortable to drive, handled really well, and had great visibility. Plus I was amazed at how much stuff fits in the back with the seats down, we had to empty out my trade-in (2013 Acadia) and it seemed to hold more than the bigger SUV. My salesman Josh was very knowledgable, friendly and attentive, he even brought us some dinner while I waited for my turn in Financing (my friend and I missed lunch). I feel Josh went out of his way to make sure I ended up in the right car for *me*, while keeping a close eye on my budget. He never tried to push anything more expensive than I could afford. I ended up with a brand new, super nice Soul+ in my favorite color, dark blue! Thank you, Josh and Kia!!

This is my third juke I currently own 2015 nismo, love it handles like a bmw very nimble, only complant is the hard plastic interior it looks cheap,but other than that you will not find a sports car/ that handles well in the snow like the juke.

This Juke-S is the best Car I have ever owned. It is very comfortable to sit in and drive. The Mileage, with its CVT Transmission, is unbelievably high. 35mpg is the average ( I have a Heavy Foot!) and it cruises on the flat sections of the interstate getting 70-75mpg. It handles like a Real Sports Cars! Warning:Be Careful of the Salesman & Dealer you purchase from. Check The Title & VIN BEFORE You Sign!

I referred this dealership to several friends and co-workers the day after I purchased my vehicle. This is not the first time I purchased a vehicle from Don Hewlett. My first experience was in 2006. That experience was identical to this experience in that I researched vehicles online, was immediately contacted by a salesman, and followed up with a visit to the dealership. From that first internet contact to closing the deal, I felt as if I was the only customer they had. Here's what I liked about the dealership: Walking into the dealership feels welcoming in that the cars (the product) are on display. I've been in other dealerships where all you see is a bunch of people milling about. Patriotic pictures (including Texana) are on display. As a military veteran, that appealed to me. Everything is immaculately clean and in good repair. The receptionist was friendly and greeted me promptly. Carl Staves, who started out as my salesman, became my new friend. As a senior citizen, I have purchased many new cars and I abhor the negotiating process. The salesmen always seemed to be the "middle man". I've gotten to the point where I just want to deal with the manager and not have to go through the middle man. However, the industry doesn't work that way. This is the first time I EVER felt like the salesman represented my interests fairly to the manager. I felt like Carl was fighting for me to get the best price possible. Carl did not use cliches like "what can I do to earn your business" or ask "if I can get the price right, are you ready to buy today". Had he done so, it would have interfered with the process because I would have tuned him out. Because he didn't, I felt like an individual being listened to. He took the time to patiently demonstrate features on the car. This is very important because there is so much technology on the vehicle and it can be overwhelming to senior citizens. This example alone is important enough to refer all senior citizens to him to buy their next new car. After the purchase, Carl followed up with me several times to ensure I had everything I needed and to answer questions, which of course I had. This proves that the sale doesn't stop once the contract is signed. The finance personnel, Jeff Grazioplene and Buddy Shepperd, were great and did not resort to high pressure sales tactics. Neither did they "sulk" when I declined their products. I purchased accessories from Jerred and he was very informative about the products and also offered fair pricing. I would like to add that I do not live near this dealership but the way I was treated and the price I got - including the price of my trade-in vehicle - was worth the distance it took to drive there. This purchase was an expensive one and the most important thing I can say is that the deal was great, I was treated fairly, and I walked away a very happy customer. Happy customers make more happy customers.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

My vehicle surpassed my expectations! I do Not understand why Nissan stopped making it! It handles with ease, is comfortable. Is reliable. Engine started immediately on one of our Below Zero days. Without a hitch! Yes a little tight. But reminiscent of my Triumph TR-7 and MG Midget days. Great for passengers as well, and can haul a bird cage or two. (I have an aviary).

They seem to be basically no hassel - I didn't end up buying a car here, however test drove 2 cars here. Looked out on the lot for about 15 minutes before going inside to ask about 2 cars I found online. They gave me the keys straight away, I drove the cars, then came in and asked about getting one of them inspected, he said there someone was waiting to buy it, I figured that was just a sales technique to get me to commit to the car and walked out, but sure enough the car was sold the next day. My bad. They seem to have a good inventory of the price range I was looking for 5-7K. In retrospect, I think I could have used a little more help.
