This was the most pleasant new car purchasing experience I've had in over 40 years. My appointment was at 1:00 and I was off the lot by 2:45. A very positive experience.

I love my 2013 juke so I bought one for my daughter.
Excelent car. Only problem is that it does not have a lot of room in the back for luggage etc..
So fun to drive. Love everything about it.
Would love it if Nissan would start making them again.
I get compliments on the cars constantly!
Not enough Nissan dealers. I had to drive oner 75 miles to find a dealer!
Everything is good except 1 key policy. Cost of most of the duplicate key are about $200. We need to keep that in mind when we see their price. In my opinion they should give explicit discount or should get another key made for the quoted price.
Owned the Juke 1 day and it snowed I loved it!!

I love everything about it! As I said above, the first day I had to drive 1 1/2 hours away and there was a snowstorm! My Juke drove like a plow right through the slush and ice without any problems of sliding or getting stuck! Very easy ride and it flies in dry weather! Very fun to drive, tight steering which makes maneuvering around bends extremely safe, beautiful seats, comfortable, and the exterior has come up to my standards which are high!

I love my new 2017 Juke! The exterior design is a real head turner and It handles well. Really has some get up and go with the turbo motor. It looks like it's a lot bigger than it is from the outside. Inside this car would have done better as a two seater. An adult can't comfortably fit in the back seat. Although I do stuff my two small grand kids in it...:) The cargo hold is ok for groceries and the two back seats do let down. I was a little surprised at the lack of technology. But it will blue tooth with your iphone for texts and talking and there is a USB port for Ipods I think there is a tech pkg you can order for extra money. And as far as I'm concerned the 17 in black wheels are a must. Over all I love it ....but my friends don't ask me to drive too often unless there are just two of us
I was treated with respect and although the car I Initially inquired about really wasn't what I was looking to purchase, I found exactly what I wanted at a great price. I purchased that car after test driving. All the staff was courteous and helpful. I have recommended Hertz Auto sales and I will continue to recommend them. I’m in the middle of a chapter 7 bankruptcy and I have an open car loan. The apr rate was 19.25%! 450 a month car note. I was gonna keep my car because I didn’t want to give it back and have the hassle of trying to find a vehicle and not finding one in time. Well Kevin’s office from Howard sent me a flyer saying that I was preapproved and they could get me in a vehicle! Well I said this is a scam like all other places! It was not! I did the application, went in looked at vehicles.. found a few I liked.. drove them.. picked 1.. financed it and I’m out the door with a new Kia Sportage LX! And I’m happy as can be! Lower car note and lower apr! Did I mention my previous car was a Nissan Sentra? Yeah big upgrade!

There are subtle differences between the years. Both are S models. I don't like the fact that the dash display on the 2017 cannot display miles to fill up and odometer reading on the same screen. One important difference is gas mileage. With the 2012 in AWD all the time it averaged about 25mpg. The 2017 is much better averaging 30mpg also in AWD all the time. Supposedly this increase is due to updating of the CVT transmission. Sadly, Nissan has decided to discontinue the Juke after 2017 and replace it with the Kicks, which has FAR less power and no AWD even offered. BIG MISTAKE, and I predict sluggish sales figures for the Kicks.

It has everything I wanted and the perfect size for me. The turbo while driving in sport mode is impressive, wow. The ride is a little stiff but I expected that because it is sporty. The cabin is cozy but plenty of head room. Leg room in back is tight but 6'2, 300# person fit ok.
Plan on spending time reading your manual because the options are amazing. The SL AWD in Cayanne Red w/Black and Red leather is stunning! I dont know what else this car could possibly add to it. Good price, and value. Cargo space is adequate. So happy I finally found my perfect little red rocket! I'm 69, a widow, and love driving my new car. Still have much to learn but its awesome!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Plenty of room up front, the seat flips down in back and makes for a good size hatch for hauling things. Perfect college car.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. You get do much for your money. Great car. LOVE IT !!!! I can't believe all the extras I got for the price. Nissan has always been a favorite but the Juke is the best yet !!!
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service.
