My first visit to Huntjngton Chevy (March 2018) was for a vehicle for my daughter. We worked with Mike Lindgren and he was awesome throughout the whole process. My daughter left with a new car lease on a Chevy Cruze. Second time at Huntington Chevy this year (in November) and again worked with Mike for a vehicle for my husband. He spent many hours working to get a vehicle for my husband that he would be able to afford and had all the features he needed/wanted. We left again with a vehicle, this time a 2016 Silverado Z71. Mike never made us feel that we were just another customer, rather a valued member of the Huntington Chevy family. I have had many vehicles in my lifetime with that being said, I can honestly tell you I have seen them all the scammers the xxxxxxxx the bait and switch adding fee's to your loan after you signed a contract. Well this place Certified Headquarters I have to say is the best I have ever been to. I called them asked them about a vehicle no games or tactics were played. I drove about 1 hour out of my way by passing all these other morons that I know will rip me off. I have to say I am glad I did we were met wit professionals from the sales floor all the way to the finance department. I dealt with Steve, and Jay. Very down to earth people the entire staff made us a family of 5 welcome and felt at home. We were in/out in under 1 hour and drove home that day with a great vehicle. It's been about 6 months now and they still call my home to ask how everything is going. They also remind me if I have any problems just call they will work with me. purchased 0n 5/26/2018 and love how we were treated every dealer and car sales company should work this way. No pressure just honest good people thank you all at Certified we are updating a review to show how thankful we are happy holidays. My salesperson was a young man named Owen Wang. Owen was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He always returned my calls or texts promptly. Owen answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. When he went over the vehicle, he covered everything from bumper to bumper in great detail! I was very pleased with him and my service at the dealership.
Nissan City has fully lived up to its advertising claims – and the claims are far from modest. I’ve gotten two new cars from them over the years. I’ve either dealt directly with or met a number of their staff. They are honest, professional, and down to earth. There is no pressure to buy and purchasing is a straight forward and a pleasant experience. They don’t play games with numbers or your head. Their only trickery is to create a return customer out of you. The service department, particularly Service Adviser John, could not be more personable, knowledgeable, or conscientious. He treats you like you drive a Rolls, and the mechanics are the best. Steven Vazquez, now in charge of used vehicles, sold me my first new car and earned my respect for his honesty and integrity. Jonathan Morales assisted me in my most recent purchase of a new car and did a fantastic job. Kudos to management. Quality does not come easily.
Shawn Hutton was my salesman. He took my daughter and I out for a test drive immediately. He gave us all the details of the Nissan Rogue S we were interested in. He even educated us on what a certified vehicle was and all the perks of getting one.
I felt like I was in good hands and although I didn't get the car I will surely return for he was kind and I feel he had my best interested at hand. I have referred friends and family to him.
I went to Nissan City with a specific car/model that I was interested in! They happened to have it on the lot and I took it for a "test drive"! My car salesperson, Shawn Hutton, went "beyond the call of duty"! We went over the financial paperwork, etc. and long story short, I went back the following Saturday to pick up my new 2018 Nissan Rogue SL! Shawn spent almost two hours going over everything in the car and would not let me leave without me feeling comfortable! He is an exceptional salesperson and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Nissan! I have had my car for a short time now and I love everything about it. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. The finance team needs better personnel that is customer oriented and not out for a commission. I really like my car but will not be doing further business with this particular dealer. I should have gotten out of there when I saw another customer lose it with one of the finance reps on the day I went to make my purchase. They put a new rep Carlos, who was begging for me to give them 5 stars, supervised by another guy who was his supervisor who was worse with less knowledge of the details on the plans he was pushing by the name of Andrew. Had to get consumer affairs involved in my case as they would not return my calls.
Where to begin?! We had a horrible time trying to find a used car until we met Liza! Not only did we get the car we wanted, but the buying process with simple, efficient, HONEST, and quick. We also got a 30 day warrenty with our car and took advantage of it. I HIGHLY recommend buying from them. Liza is extremely up front about every penny you spend, so you know exactly what your spending, no hidden strings. We will also continue to use a Alex as our mechanic! 2 for 1 deal!
