When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. We bought a 2916 Honda CRV with 10 mikes on the vehicle. We bought it. Service group was also caring and helpful. Keep up the good work. Larry parks.
Awesome car buying experience with no run around ! Very straight forward easy experience. They do not pressure you or give you the run around at all. The customer service is beyond FANTASTIC! My salesman Mike was truly helpful & prompt on the the whole deal. Will definitely be referring family and friends & continue buying from CarMax (especially this particular location) !
Chris did a great job. We walked in knowing what we wanted and he got right to it. Chris was very personable and made the buying process easy. There were not very many other customers there when we were there and the manager, Tim, came over and introduced himself. Very family friendly environment. The whole experience was great. Mike in finance finished the deal with us and we were happy when we left. We felt like we got everything that we had asked for. We were knowledgeable about our purchase and left happy that we choose Mazda of Clear Lake and got to work with Chris, Tim, & Mike!
I had intended to buy a truck 2 or 3 years old. But James put me in a new truck with more features for very close to the same money. I traded my old car and got good value. I am very pleased with the deal and my new truck.

Bought a 2017 Maxima there yesterday. The process was pretty seamless. Got what I consider to be a good deal. Every individual I met was very customer /service oriented. My salesman Ray was great. This is the 3rd car we have bought there. Their service department is good.
I wrote an earlier review concerning Robbins Nissan in Humble, TX. I had a problem with the hatch not opening on my 2015 Nissan Murano. The day after I posted my comments, they contacted me. Robbins and I came to an agreement as to how much I was to be charged to have the latch fixed. The Murano was fixed yesterday.
