A service for my 2018 c clasd

I have a long history with Mercedes-Benz, and this by far has been the best vehicle I have owned and the best service I have received. My last C class, a 2015 model, was returned on a buy back due to numerous malfunctions. Jeff, the service manager, really took control of my claim and went above and beyond to help me. My new 2018 C class has been absolutely perfect. This is my 7th new Mercedes and feel there is no other vehicle that matches the performance, engineering and curb appeal of your product. My recent A service was flawless. I was greeted by friendly, sincere service members. From the time I checked in, received my loaner vehicle and checked out, everything was perfect. Jeff, the service manager, was one of the first employees to say hello to me by name. Alan, my service rep from previous years, also went out of his way to say hello. Please don???t think I need to have red carpet rolled out for my appearance but your guys went out of their way to make my experience one to remember. My loaner vehicle was clean, full of gas and the service was completed in less than 4 hours. In years past, I have had to drive off in filthy vehicles with my first stop being the gas station because the vehicle was on empty. I sure like the new direction you and your staff are headed.
